Fire fighting

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning open single headed gun metal ISI mark oblique pattern hydrant landing valve with 80mm dia flanged inlet and 63 mm instantaneous type female outlet Complete with plastic cap and GI chain, twist release type plug and all accessories as but per IS5290-1983(Type ‘A’).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of first aid fire hose reels wall mounting swinging type, fitted with of heavy duty mild steel construction with CI brackets, 25MM dia ball valve and 20MM dia x 35m long high pressure hose reel tubing as per IS:444 with stainless steel shut off nozzle have 5MM dia. Orifice. The hose reel shall strictly confirm to IS: 884-1985.

Providing and fixing 63mm dia 15m long rubberized fabric lined hose including gunmetal male and female instantaneous type coupling approved by fire authority,machine wound with copper wire complete in all respects, hose shall confirm to IS:636 type II and coupling to IS : 903-1975 (ISI marked)

Providing and placing in proper position gunmetal 63mm dia short size branch pipes with 20 mm dia nozzles with 63 mm instantaneous coupling ISI marked (IS:903)

Providing and fixing standard fireman's axe with heavy insulated rubber handle conforming to IS:926 complete.

Providing and fixing fully glazed MS fully welded construction double leaf door shutter for fire hydrant station fabricated from MS 50X50X6 mm angle iron frame, fixed to wall and hinged MS 40X40X5 mm angle iron door shutter with requiredc MS sash bars for glazing complete with locking arrangements,stove enamelled fire red finish with "FIRE HYDRANT" written in front. Approximate size 2100X1200 mm

Providing and fixing 4 way gunmetal fire brigade inlet breaching head as per IS:904 specification tested for 20Kg/sq-cm with 63 mm dia instantaneous type inlet and 150/100 mm dia flanged outlet with built in check valve for fire brigade connection to underground tanks and fire risers including companion flanges including nuts, bolts & washers.

Supply, installations, testing & commissioning of air cushion tanl (air-vessel) 250 mm dia x 1.0 m high with dihed top, made of minimum 6mm thick MS pipe/plate complete with 25mm dia. brass air valve (ball valve, pressure guage typr), 25mm dia brass stop cock, nipple, tees, B46 elbow, pipe and all accessories as required including fixing brackets.

Internal Piping

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of mild steel pipe (IS:1239 Part-I) heavy class including cutting,threading, welding etc. bends, elbows reducers, clamps, hangers etc. including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls/slabs and making good the same complete including the cost of structural work for supports fabricated from standard sections of required sizes and thickness e.g. MS rods, angles channels, slotted angle, etc., cutting to sizes, drilling welding fixing to insert plates, including painting with one coat or primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade including all steel work. Note: Pipes upto and 50mm dia shall be threaded joints,above 50mm shall be welded joints.

Supply, testing, installation, testing and commissioning of electric driven fire (Terrace) pump of capacity 450 LPM 35mtr. Hhead with 7.5 H.P. TEFC motor at 2900 r.p.m complete with coupling, coupling guard, base plate, anti vibration pad, foundation etc.

CONTROL PANEL FOR FIRE PUMPS AT TERRACE LEVEL

Providing, fixing, testing and commisioning of motor control centres fabricated from 16 gauges MS sheet with powder coat finish.The control panels should be comparable with H.P. of the motor as specified.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, ISI: 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangements and making necessary holes for inlet,outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.(5 tanks of 2000 Ltrs each)
