Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid.

Before submission of the tender, the contractor should see the work site. TMC Hosadurga is not responsible for technical or legal problems or queries from public accrued at the time of execution of work

Contractor should maintain up to 2 years after completion of work if any defects in the work found, if contractor fails FSD amount shall be forfeited and further action shall be taken

Contractors should be bound to conditions mentioned in tender document, circulars and orders given time to time by government and Royalty, Income tax, Sales tax, Labour cess shall be deducted according to government circulars in the work bill

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever.

The Tenderer shall scan Original Work done certificates / Turnover Statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2024-25

As per Karnataka State Government order No. LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/ BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected.

The Successful Contractors shall place an Information Board with the details pertaining to the respective Work at the work site as per standard format given by the TOWN MUNICIPAL COUNCIL, HOSADURGAE on his own cost.

The work is subjected to the supervision of J.E/A.E from TMC, HOSAURGA, A.E.E. and E.E. from District Urban Development Cell Chitradurga, S.E. and C.E. from DMA Bangalore, and Third Party appointed by the Deputy Commissioner.

All the items to be executed are inclusive of all lead & lifts, loading, unloading, cost of all labour charges, hire charges of all machinery tools and plants, cost of materials, transportation charges, curing, etc., complete and to be executed as per directions of the Engineer in charge of work

Security deposit (Performance security). Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the employer a Security deposit in any of the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders for all works

The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake
