Repair/Resurfacing to road at 7BED and DGQA Badarpur under GE (AF) Tughlakabad

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road materials over a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm over old black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed. Note: The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5%,the same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design as specified in Schedule "A" shall be adjusted @ the rate of 41.13 (Rs forty one & paisa therteen) / kg for the less quantity of bitumen used. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment)

M&L for premix bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.00 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern prpolled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers themoplastic reuirement for glass shall be the table No 800.4 of MORT specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacture instructions and as directed.

S&F in repair soalr road stud fixed as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Appropriate epoxy adhesive on the road surface shall be provided as per manufacturers specifiaction before fixing the cat eye and the same is includued in quoted rate by the contractor. M&L for 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour/shade as approved and one side covered with 3 M retro-reflective sheet & pasting computerized size of letter of retro reflective sheet not exc 30 cm in height including stop commas, short line dashes, hypens brackets etc as directed and pasted with approved adhesive as in sign bound cut to size and fixed to stainless steel frame including all necessary fitting arrangement complete all as specified and dirceted.

M&L for cleaning, washing and applying two coat of indigo floor coat emulsion paint on old chequred tiles/interlocking tile surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width complete all as specifiec and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specifiec and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC hard standing, finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.
