Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 square meter under and upto 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and re-plastering the surface of wall including disposal to the dumping ground with a lead of 20 metres with including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Cement Mortar 1:5(One cement: Five sand).

Providing and Fixing Scaffolding in building side including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) One or more coats on old work.

Providing and applying base coat for Apex Ultima Protek including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacturing carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
