Earthwork excavation for the Dimension 1.00 Mtr [Avg. Depth] x 0.60 Mtr [Avg. Width] in Hard stiff clay, Shales murran gravel, Stoney earth and mixed with small sizes, Boulders and Gravelly soil for Sand bedding as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at Site and including (i) Provision of labour for watching over the Excavated Trench during Day and Night to avoid any Accident caused to Animal and Human being, (ii) Cost of Signal Board, Danger Light, (iii) Trial Pits charges for 11 KV UG cable, with Lead and Lift, etc., complete and Exclusive of Blacktopping.

Labour charges for Removing of Black Topping Portion of 0.60 Mtr - Average Width by using Chisel, Hammer and Pick axe and including (i) Cost of Signal Board and Danger Light, (ii) Provision of Watch and Ward Staff to prevent any Accident caused to the Cattle and Human Beings, (iii) Sharpening charges of chisel and (iv) Excavation of Road cutting using JCB/Air Compressor Drill at Day and Night time and Avoiding any Damage to the Telecom and Water lines, etc., (Along the Road) inclusive of Trial Pits.

Earth Excavation in Rocky Areas by Wedging, Chiseling and Trimming to Proper Shape where Blasting is prohibited.

Providing Sand Bedding with good quality of River Sand to a Depth of 0'6" [15 CM] in the Excavated Cable Trench including Cost of Sand, Labour, Transport, Lead and Lift, etc., Complete.

Loading of HT Cable Drum from Stores using Crane Lorry, Safe Transportng to Site and Safe Unloading at the Worksite without any Damage using Crane Lorry. This includes Cost for Loading, Unloading, Transporting and Rent for Crane Lorry and All T&P such as Crowbars, Siling & DShackle, etc., and these must be brought by the Contractor.

Recoiling / Laying / Removal of HT UG cable in the Excavated Trench including Drawing the Cable through RCC/G.I.Pipe wherever necessary such as Road Crossing, etc., without any damage, Sealing the Cable with End Caps at Suitable Ends which includes (i) Provision of Signal Board, Danger Board and Light, etc., and (ii) Loading, Unloading, Transporting Charges and All Tools & Plants, etc., the contractor must bring all Tools & Plants.

Laying of R.C.C. V-Troughs in the Excavated Cable Trench from Stores/ Work site including Transportation without any Damage. This includes all Lead & Lift, Safe Loading, Safe Unloading and Transport, etc., Complete. # Note : Damage if any due to rough handling, the Cost of "V" Trough will be deducted.

Refilling the Cable Trench and Duct with Excavated Earth in Layer. Ramming and Consolidating properly in Layers of 0'6" and the Top brought in Line with the existing surface including Labour, Lead & Lift, etc., Complete.

Labour for Loading and Unloading of Iron Scrap in Lorry/Drum for Devolution. # The Scrap may be Devoluted by Department Lorry.

Erection of 3C x 300 Sq. mm XLPE UG Cable Outdoor End Termination Kit - Heat Shrinkable Type including Charges for Cable Jointer.

Erection of 3C x 300 Sq. mm XLPE UG Cable Straight Joint Kit - Heat Shrinkable Type including Charges for Cable Jointer.

Erection of 160 mm dia ISI GI Pipe for Road and Drainage crossing for the HT Cable laying ( Note: Normally PVC Pipes will be used for termination structure. Only in specific locations the GI pipe will be used as per the advise of site engineer incharge)

Erection of Class B - PVC Pipes 200 mm Dia Encasing the HT Cable at Termination Structure and P&T Crossing, etc., # Note : Normally PVC Pipe will be used for Termination Structure only. In specific Locations, GI Pipe will be used as per the advise of the Engineer In-charge.

Loading, Unloading, Transporting and Erection of RCC Cable Marker of Standard size including Painting the word "TNEB/UG CABLE" and othe Notations as per the Site Engineer's Instructions. # This includes Excavation and Laying.
