Schedule 'A'

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m means radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on on fair surfaces of brick in two separate coats (10mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick top coat) using water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement as per manufacture instruction and finishing works/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) WPC will be measured and paid separately (ii) Rates deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding upto height 12 Mtr at reqd places. No additional payment will be made on this account.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation for new or previously untreated plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surface on wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelled course finish even and fair for tile finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M & L for Glazed Coloured Ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick set and joint in neat cement slury and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all directed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood plain solid straight chowkhats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick factory made flush shutter, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm thick factory made flush shutter, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single piece extruded PVC profiles reinforced with 19 x 19mm MS square tube provided with EPDM rubber gasket weather seal through out the frame and the profile mitre cut at two corners and joined by inserting 2 nos 150mm long brackets of 15 x 15mm MS square tube inside 19 x 19mm MS square tube suitably screwed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of size 15 x 15mm for top and bottom rails and 19 x 19mm for stiles, MS frame covered with 5mm thick single piece extruded PVC profile 'C' channel having a 5mm thick PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement, forming stiles, and 5mm thick single piece extruded PVC profile for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc all as per manufacturer's instructions and drawings as shown in SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and dismantling of storage type water geysers of 25/50 ltrs capacity any type any make, any model, from its existing location, transportation to work shop for repairs and transportation back and reinstallation of geyser as per technical instructions and as directed by engr-in-charge and including the following:- (a) Dismantling complete geyser and carrying out complete overhauling i.e; disconnecting electric supply and opening the heating plate, inner assembly, descaling complete assembly including heating element or otherwise. Replacement of defective heating element inlet and outlet tubes and refixing the assembly with gasket of good quality and tightening the nuts properly, reassembling geyser with all safety devices as specified in technical instructions and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge complete. Notes:- (i) Spare parts, safety devices with its required accessories shall be measured and paid seperately .

(Note: Earth strip beyond 7.5 m length will be measured & paid separately)
