Installation, testing and commissioning of following type of AC units in the existing opening i/c fitting of indoor and outdoor unit at their respective locations, fixing of copper pipes alongwith insulation(if required), drilling holes / cutting the wall / roof etc. i/c repairing of the same using suitable hardware, ceiling supporting arrangement, installation of wall/floor mounted stand, connection of power/control cable leak testing of entire system, charging refrigerant gas in the unit, making good the surface as per requirement of the site, complete as required.

(Measurement of 1 r.mtr. Will include both supply & return Cu. Piping with insulation ). Remarks: This item will be measured in excess of standard copper refrigerant piping supplied alongwith unit from OEM. Also, any repair / alteration related to the item will be in the scope of work of the agency. ITC will be done from OEM / authorised agency.

Dismantling of old AC(Indoor and outdoor) including removal of old copper pipe, stand, control wiring etc and shifting to the store as required and as per directions of EIC.

Supply, design , fabricating & fixing of Angle iron frame with wire mesh for following size angles for AC outdoor protection from monkeys and other nuisance at roof top or outside locations with suitable iron mesh of thickness 4mm complete with fixing, welding, providing suitable opening for cooper piping entrance, provision of outdoor removal towards one side for maintenance & other connections etc. as per site requirement and as per instruction of EIC. The item shall be weighed at site and measured accordingly.

Painting of angle iron frame with wire mesh using one coat of red oxide and one coat of enamel paint for the following AC units complete as required at site.

Repairing and fixing by providing 12.5mm thick (+/-0.5mm) gypsum plain board (conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011, Board with BIS Certification marks) false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, if required, and other standard accessories required for fixing the gypsum false ceiling as per CPWD specifications. The item also includes jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut-outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge with 02 coat of painting for the new / repaired portion matching with the existing paint complete in all respect as required at site.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level with Cement mortar ratio 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes and sizes for the purpose of making base structure for fixing AC outdoor units and angle iron stand to protect the outdoor unit from damages by monkeys and other external nuisance as per the instruction of EIC complete in all respect as required at site.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels complete in all respect as required at site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for the purpose of foundation of heavy outdoor AC units etc. complete in all respect as required at site.

Supply and installation of RO Water Purifier having filteration capacity of 20LPH with Reverse Osmosis(RO), UltraViolet(UV), Ultra filteration(UF) technology, TDS Control with inbuilt storage tank 9L capacity of ABS Food grade, Auto cut features, etc suitable for operation on 220Volts, 50Hz single phase AC supply complete etc as required on need basis as per directions of EIC.(Make Kent, Model Grand plus or equivalent as approved by EIC.
