Providing water wash with appropriate methodology to resotre the originalities of the existing Granite structures inclusive of necessary scaffolding charges, conveyance and hire charges for tools and plants and clearing the site after completion of work etc. complete.

Pointing the Cut stone masonary work with Lime mortar 1:1.5 20mm deep excluding cost and conveyance of cut stone but including all labour charges scaffolding etc complete with standard specifications. The lime used should be highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Scraping the decayed lime plaster from the surface of Vimanams and Gopurams, carefully including isolated bricks or brickwork without damaging the vari vargams, racking out the joints, cleaning the surface with water, including all working in heights, hire charges for special tools, brushes complete superficial area including all folds. Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams / Gopurams, with Lime mortar 1:1.5 complete including shaping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks of shaped/chiseled bricks, rough-plastering with Combination Mortor1:1:4and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete including all extra for folding and including clearing from the vimanams/gopurams superficial area. Repainting the old wood work two coats in all floors with best Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand including thorugh scrapping, sand papering and preparation of surface including cost of bruses, high scaffolding charges neat finishing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
