Strengthening of M.S. structure of size 2.2 Mtr X 1.6 Mtr X 1.5mtr height in the inlet chamber for safe operation of sluice valve. The work includes cutting damaged/ rusted M.S. channel and angle with the help of gas cutter, electric welding machine and heavy manual labour and providing/ welding of new channel and angle including grinding, finishing etc. as required with civil work complete in all respect. This also includes anti-corrosive primer and painting with black synthetic paint. Transportation, loading, unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy/manual labour.
Fabrication /Fixing of Tripod of size 18 Mtr X 1.5 Mtr height at inlet chamber for proper maintenance of inlet valve. Made by H beam of size 150 X 75, M.S. angle 65X65X6mm, M.S plate 300X300X10 mm work including fabrication, grouting, fixing with civil work complete in all respect as per site requirement. This also includes anticorrosive primer and painting with black synthetic paint.
Providing of pressure gauge of 150 mm dia. size having required range with accessories such as GI fittings, Bib cock etc. required complete the work. Make: - Hguru/Fibeg/DJB Approved make.
Fabrication of Bronze Spindle nut for 700 mm diameter Sluice valve installed at inlet of UGR
Supply of Gasket packing. Make: - Jyoti/National/DJB Approved make
Supply of Nut Bolts as per site requirement. Make: - ISI
Cutting of rusted worn out nut bolts of 700 mm diameter Sluice Valve bonnet by gas cutting set including taking out the complete dome with wedge, spindle and nut with help of chain pulley block, shifting the same at ground level, taking out the spindle and wedge from dome.
Fixing the new bronze spindle nut and reassembling the above items and also fixing of pressure gauge. This work also includes fixing of Gasket packing and Nut Bolts. Testing and commissioning at full load and no-load conditions.
