Materials and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in block for hold fast, filling in frames, copings or similar work and finished the surface with existing and including form work complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply & fixing rolled mild steel Fe 290 Gde-E-165 joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently, without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing rolled mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment (Fe 290 Gde-E 165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement morter (1:6) for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for coloured 450x350x7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting,dado and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) , complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 20mm thick granite slabs of any type (table rubbed and polished) on cooking platforms and like, set and jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite including necessary moulding at edges laid over and including 10mm thick cement mortor screed bed in cement mortor (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
