Material and labour for removing existing water proofing treatment of RCC roof on horizontal and vertical surfaces including taking out old water proofing plaster of any thickness and cleaning the roof surface with wire brush and finally cleaned with water and applying of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure on note No.6 of TD drawing No. AFB/TD/260/06 Sheet No.1/1 (R ) and applying a coat of blown grade @1.2 Kg per sqm hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 Kg per sqm all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of cemet concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in exisiting roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamferted on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) on roof padding finished even and fair with approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instruction all as specified. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant item)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone works and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling/chajjas in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plasterted surfaces of wall and apply two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

S&F for tube medium grade galvanised with all fittings 20mm bore including taking up or down steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

Make: Havells Model VENUSNEOHE2X2PLR 36WLED8XXS or equivalent model in CROMPTON /PHILIPS/WIPRO or equivalents.

Taking down carefully old existing worn out duct insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing damaged GI/Aluminium sheet duct and S&F pre fabricated ducting made out of aluminium sheet duct of 22 Gauge sheet and bolting with proper gaskets,supports,rods etc as per standard . All flange joint shall be sealed with RTV sealent to make air tight as per SMACNA standard complete all as specified

M&L for Duct insulation (SA/RA)of XLPE foil faced self adhensiveType Make :Paramount (i) 19mm thickness and including rap 7 Mill Glass cloth for rapping star bond apply two times coating complete all as specified

S & F resin bonded fibre glass insulation with 50 mm thick with one side factory laminated with aluminium foil wrapping around for existing ducts of any size including held in position by 1.0mm dia GI wire around the duct for internal ducting to wall entry into OTs to prevent water ingress where ever necessary complete all as specified

Taking down/disconnecting existing AHU/chiller water pipeline/condensor water pipe line of AC plant from roof top and kept in safe custody and refixing the same including removing the connected AC Ducting and refixing the same on angle iron frame as per site requirement after necessary roof treatment , complete all as directed.

M & L inreplacement for insulation of MS pipe of size 100/75 mm dia with PUF moulded type 40/50 mm thick with and incl applying bituminous compound and aluminium cladding with suitable gauge aluminium sheet with and incl taking down of old insulation and preparing of pipe surface by scratching / removing rust, dust and old paints etc with wire brush, emery paper, grinder etc and making surfaces smooth complete all as directed.

M&L inreplacement for Structural steel work with Fe-290 (Gde E-165) with compound girder and stanchoins , lattice girders, aerial mast staging and like inluding caps bases splices etc built up from two or more beam or channel section or angle with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners , gusset plate etc of necessary MS angles / flat of suitable length with necessary fittings and fixtures, bolts, nuts, washers,PCC work etc including required welding work complete all as specified.
