Supply and fixing submain wiring with unsheathed multi-stranded PVC copper conductor cable 3 Core 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn through inside the pole from MCB Box to Street light fitting as connection wire and earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply & install testing , commissioning of LT Panel board 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply floor mounted , factory assembled, outdoor type weather and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-54) made out of 40m x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA sheet with front hinged opening, rubber lining, locking arrangement ,powder coated externally and internally after seven tanks treatment and lifting channel, fully compartmentalized design comple Bus Bar chamber comprising 4 Nos aluminium strip bus bars air insulated and PVC sheathed capacity 200 Amps with colour coding complete all as specified and consisting of the following : - (a) Incoming – MCCB 3 Pole 415 Volts of Capacity 100 Amps with rupturing capacity 35 KA-01 No. (b) Outgoing-MCB TPN of capacity 40 Amps – 04 no. (d) Timer switch electronic type , one dial daily,AC 220 volts 50HZ -01 No (e) Panel wiring with copper flexible cable PVC Insulated 1100 Volts grade complete cable connections of incoming/outgoing cable, auto/manual function switch, and testing on load after completion of work all as specified. M&L for earthing complete to pole with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to GI wire 4 mm Dia as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge mesh, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision 20 mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point complete all as specified & directed . NOTE: (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-140 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cost iron cover shown in the electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part -1 (ii) item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protection of earth strip. M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of char coal dust and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI light grade with funnel, wire mesh and 40 mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including excavation, earth work concrete pit with 80mm thick RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly reinforced with MS bars 8mm dia @ 150C/C both ways and pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 2 Nos suitable lifting handles of 12mm MS bar complete all as specified.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.50m deep for laying of electric cable / pipe line and getting out in soft/lose soil including forming bottom surface to required level and slope all as specified and directed.
Returing ,filling including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exe. 25 cm soil all as specified and directed.
Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the strarting point.

Note for item no- 19 to 21 (i) All MCCB shall be with adjustable Thermal magnetic setting (TMD).and shall be of same make of panel (ii) The board shall be epoxy polyster powder coated with structure siemens gray shade RAL-7035(iii) Sheet metal works shall be processed with nine tank process i.e. degreasing, water rinsing, activation, derusting, water rinsing, phosphating, water rinsing, passivation and water drying.(iv)Busbar shall be of electrolytic grade aluminium and shall be insulated with Red, Yellow, Blue and black colour heat shrinkable PVC sleeves.(v) Earth bus shall run throughout the length of the panel at the bottom of the panel.(vi) Each feeder shall be provided with individual inscription plate made out of black anodized Al/polycarbonate sheet with engraved/painted letters. (vii)Power switches/MCCB's will be provided with door operating mechanism, door interlock and padlocking feature.(viii ) Danger notice board with conventional skull & bone sign in postman red to be provided on front & rare side.(ix) All incoming & outgoing feeder shall be provided with cable glands at entry & exit of cable.(x) all MCCB's to be provided with rotary operating handle.
Taking down existing old unserviceable UG LT XLPE cable of any size, location for taking in schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down existing old Steel/ RCC street light pole including bracket GI pipe SMC box etc by complete all as specified and directed.
Material labour for common burnt clay bricks, sub class 'B' grade laid in trenches for protection of UG cables perpendicular to the direction of the cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete for fixing of pole or similar works complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for copings of poles/stay/panels/surface complete all as specified and directed.
Taking Down Old Unserviceable LT Panel of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
