REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF OLD VINTAGE CONTROL PANELS OF LIFTS AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS WORKS UNDER GE (U) P AND M DELHI CANTT-10

Taking down/out unserviceable control panel from site and Supply, installations, commissioning and testing of of MICRO PROCESSOR and latest technology based controller Tic-V panel along with travelling cable, OSG assembly and complete shaft harness, all necessary wiring and all connected accessories for VVVF drive of 7.5 KW, 380/480 volts, 50 Hz as per sample suitable for 08 passengers lift (make of lift M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd.) of serving Ground + five Floors (total six Landings) with electric power operated doors and comprising with following accessories complete all as specified and as directed at Arjan Vihar Block No.-15,16,17, 19, 20A, 20B, 21,22, 23, 25, 26, 28, 29, 32, 33 (Make:- As per OEM recommendation). (i) Automatic call register and execution system. (ii) Automatic attendant system. (iii) Automatic closure of fan independent if the lift is not in operation for more than 45 seconds. (iv) Over load/ low voltage/ single phase protections. (v) Main drive. Make :- As per OEM recommendation. (vi) Automatic phase reversal system. (vii) AC 3 phase 415 volts VVVF door drive of suitable capacity 2 HP for door operating system with wiring complete. (viii) Cooling fan for air circulation in controller.

(ix) Including COP, read switch, limit switch and decoder etc. with wiring. (x) Hooter with battery fixed at ground floor with proper wiring with control panel in all blocks (xi) UPS 1500 VA with ARD (xii) Arrangement of Fire main switch at ground floor with wiring complete. NOTES for item no-1. (a) The Controller should compatible to run the lift G+ five floors (total six landings) having cooling fan and sufficient space for VVVF drive. (b) Main VVVF drive should be provide with calibration pad & proper mounting in controller alongwith any other connection as required. (c) Any other arrangement/ alteration for smooth functioning of lifts should be done by contractor with out any extra cost. (d) The control wiring shall be secured & confirmed to standard wiring practice & it should be proper fixing on wall/ in duct cover with clamping, saddling, etc. complete. (e) The controller shall be required to connect, transfer & interrupt power supply & protect the motor against over load. (f) During the execution of work any civil/ cement work done by contractor with own arrangement with any cost. OEM has to replace the control panel in 04 days from handing over to site.

Notes :- ( for Item 1 to 02) (i) The repair work shall be done through OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa from OEM's of existing lifts within 15 days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default.
