Soil testing and Consultancy

Drilling of bore holes of 100mm to 150mm dia i/c providing labour material and machinery requied for carrying out soil testing for bearing capacity of soil complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge performing standard penetration test as per IS 2131-1981/ Taking disturbed and undistubed samples at every 0.75m interval upto 6.0mt. depth and 1.50m interval upto 6.0m depth or at change of strate as per relevant IS specification complete i/c drilling of all types of soil other than bouldes and rocky. Showing soil profile depth of water table, filled up soil, rocky strata etc. Net safe/allowable bearing capacity at a depth decided by Engineer-in-Charge preparation and submission of detailed Soil Investigation Report in Six Sets. For first 5 mtrs. Depths (5 nos. bore holes)

Consultancy Services for the Structural Design and Drawing for the "Construction of M&CW Center and Ayurvedic Poly Clinic at Bapu Park, Kotla Mubarakpur in Ward No.158, Central Zone (New Ward No. 147)", carrying out complete structural design as codes/CPWD specifications etc. of main building, service structure(s), per the BIS development works, boundary wall etc. including earthquake resistant design. The consultant will provide complete set of good for construction drawings of all floors, foundations etc. including general layout plan, bar bending schedule and will inspect/visit the site whenever required as per the request of Engineer-in-Charge Note 1. The time period of the consultancy services will be the time period for construction of Community Hall and extended period if any up to the completion of the Community Hall, nothing extra shall be payble to the consultant for any extended period if any for the construction work of Community Hall. 2. Any revision in Structural Drawing/Design due to site constraints or otherwise have to be carried out by the consultant at his own cost. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account. 3.The Consultant will provide 6 (Six) sets of Structural Drawings and Design calculations along with one soft copy of drawings and design calculations. 4. Final Soil Report to be submitted within 30 days from the Date of Issue of Work Order. 5.Complete sets of all Structural Drawings (i.e. Floors & Foundation etc.) within 60 days from the date of issue of Work Order. 6. Payment Schedule of Structural Design Work (a) 40% on submission of complete set of Structural Drawings/Design. (b)20% on completion of 50% Structural Work of Community Hall (c) 20% on completion of 100% Structural Work of Community Hall (d) 20% on Physical Completion of all Works (Structural and Finishing) of Community Hall
