Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and srtutting upto 3.29mm height for plane surfaces in all floors with cross bracings using miled steel sheets of size 30cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with miled steel sheets of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding and laid over silver oak (country wood).Joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification ans as directed for the following items as per TNDSS No 30 & 86

Vibrated Cement concrete of 1:3:6 mix (one part of cement, and three part of sand, and six part of coarse aggregate) using hard granite stone jelly of 20mm gauge for sidewall concrete works excluding shuttering , including dewatering wherever necessary including the cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing concrete and curing etc. complete as per TNDSS No.24

Finishing the top of Drain vent portion with granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Supply and delivery of 40mm HBG ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling and all other incidental charges therefore etc complete
