B&R PORTION:- Opening of cover (any description and size) of septic tanks and soakage wells / pits, de-sluding / de-watering of septic tanks and soakage wells / pits of any size and depth by mechanical pumping (Truck mounted mechanical machine) or manually, making it fully functional to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and removing sludge outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangements ehere sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions / instructions of civil authority and burring in borrow pits including covering with fresh mud and refixing the cover slab after cleaning of septic tanks, soakage wells / pits complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Unit rate to be quoted by he tenderer shall include taking out sludge from septic tanks and soakage wells/pits(liquid/semi liquid/solid), excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge, removing including loading/unloading and transportation etc.

Cleaning of blockage of under ground sewer lines any depth of 100/150mm dia of pipe including manholes, CI stacks, gully traps etc. by means of cleaning by roding from manholes to manholes / inspection chamber to manholes / gully trap to inspection chamber and flushing after cleaning, taking out sludge collected in manholes, removing & depositing the same outside the periphery of defence land in the pit at a minimum distance of 50 m from nearby living accn and covering the sludge in pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, around the manholes and cover the pit, complete, all as directed. Note:-Cost of Taking off & refixing of cover of manholes, taking out sludge, transporting of sludge out side the defence land, earth work & deposition in the pit with & including removing of surbs, grass, small roots etc around manhole, inspection chamber etc where required is deemed to be included in the unit rate to be quoted by tenderer.

Cleaning of blockage of Indian / european type WC up to first manhole and making the drain pipe of any dia fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including disposal of sludge outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and burried in excavated pits all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include clearing blockage, taking out sludge(liquid/semi liquid/solid ) , excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge ,removing including loading/unloading and transportation etc.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc for shafts, wells,cesspits, man holes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and deposition where dircted at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, all as specified and directed.

Demolition or breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC, PVC or reinforcement concrete) set in cement mortar/concrete, complete all as specified.

Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of drain pipes for 150mm pipe after they are laid in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

150 mm bore salt glazed stone ware drain pipes, grade ‘A’ laid (6kg/sqcm) and jointed as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically described complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically described (reinforement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement Concrete 1:2:4 type-B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, plinth band, bed blocks and like slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Precast cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slab for man holes etc set in cement mortar(1:4), complete all as specified. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured & paid under relevent item.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 16 above, but except stone complete all as specified and directed

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick or stone masonry surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified

Mild steel flat iron work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-250 Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Mild steel screw bolts 11mm to 15mm dia at neck, machine made, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed and to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exceeding 5cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd (zinc coating 60gram) fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified. Note:-Type / size of fencing holes / dia of chain link fenching shall be as approved by GE. The weight of chain link fencing shall be calculated for payment as per actual weight or standard weight as per SSR which ever is less.

Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, and similar works, complete all as specfied.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality over a coat of red oxide primer to new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanised, 2 stranded steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized (zinc coating 60 gram) mild steel wire, staple or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item Ser No 37.00 above but fixing only.

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in hollow block masonry exc.10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bond stone, bed plate, strings coarse etc and set in CM (1:6), complete all as specified.

Precast cement Concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in window or door cills, copings, lintel bands, strings coarses, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, etc including slightly rounded or chamfered angles, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar1:4, complete all as specified.

Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type-B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame and set in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring/path etc finished even & fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade, pointed with grey cement and no pigments, as in path etc laid over & including 25mm thick sand filling under pavers and paking the joints of paver block with sand, including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type-B-1 (using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in edges of path (Interlocking paver) and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine pressed chequered cement concrete tiles with chemical resistant coating of size 300x300x 25mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigments, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed

E&M PORTION:- Repair of electric water heater (Geysers) of capacity 25 ltrs storage type including disconnecting of electric & water connections and taking out inner shell from outer cover, removing the thermostat switch, geyser element and geyser assembly etc, cleaning internally and externally including checking for leakage in geyser tank and rectifying the same by soldering / brazing, replacement of unsv accessories like inner shell, geyser element, themostate switch, gasket, nuts, bolts and clamps etc and Re - assembling the geyser and mounting on the grouted bolts and connecting with electric and water supply system and testing on complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in- Charge . (Unserviceable accessorise like inner shell, thermostat switch, geyser element and geyser assembly shall be measured and paid separately , if replaced as required under respective items).

Description all as per Srl Item No.-49 above but geyser of capacity 35/50 Litres, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only inner shell stainless steel for storage type water heater 25 Litres capacity to match the existing model of geysers all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- Charge. Make : Same as per existing make of geyser and as approved by GE.

Description all as per Srl Item No.-51 above but for geyser of capacity 35 Litres, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Srl Item No.-51 here in before but for geyser of capacity 50 Litres, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only heating plate assembly apparatus, conforming to ISI with PVC rubber washerssuitable for geyser of 25 litres capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Description all as per Srl Item No.-54 above but for geyser of capacity 35 Litres, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only heating element push type, 1500 watt of triangular shape, conforming to ISI with rubber washers with clamps, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Supply only thermostat switch suitable for storage type geysers ranging 60 degree to 90 degree adjustable type operation on 240 Volts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Make : Bajaj, Spherehot, Racold / other ISI make as approved by GE to match with existing make.

Supply only 15mm PVC connection wire woven with nickel plated brass adopter, both sides threaded, in standard length of 30cm to suit the size of geysers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply only thermal cut out/fusible plug switch of 25/35/50 litres capacity geyser for existing model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply only bottom plate cover in two halves with self adjusting of 25/35/50 litres capacity geyser for existing model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply only Neon lamp indicator red colour in circular / rectangular shape as suitable and as per existing model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply only safety valve 15mm (ISI marked) as per existing model of geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Replacement of GI tubing, medium grade in short lengths with all fittings such as elbow, tee, socket, nipple, reducing socket, reducing elbow, reducing tee including guttees / saddles etc of size 15 mm bore and fixed to wall / floor / ceiling including connection to mixing arrangements of hot / cold water and making good disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Taking down and refixing of after spray painting to geysers of 25 litres capacity with one coat of synthetic enamel white paint externally after preparation of surfaces including writing MES numbers with black paint in 25mm size letters, all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

All as per Srl Item No. 65 above but geysers of 35/50 lires capacity all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Replacement of GM stop cock of 15mm bore, ISI marked as per sample all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Replacement of GI union of 15mm bore (ISI marked) both ends screwewd to iron / pvc pipes all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Replacement of 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Make : Paragon, Kalinga, Plaza

Rplacement of top plug 3 pin, 15 Amps, all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge,

Sub main wiring with single core cable 2x 2.5 sq mm FRLS insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade including surface PVC casing caping medium grade alongwith 1x 1.5 Sq mm FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with main earth dolly including taking down old unsv sub main wiring of any type, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-2 wire of 2.5sqmm, 1 wire of 1.5sqmm and one run of pvc conduit/casing caping shall be measured as one unit.

Cleaning storage tank of solar heating system of any capacity / size along with complete glass tubes for inside, outside/solar panel all as directed for smooth and efficiant function of system. Note :- 1. Any damage including to glass parts / solar tube/solar panel as solar water heating system during the cleaning process will be make good / replaced by contractor, cost of the same deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor . 2. All rubber parts or minor hidden parts such as PVC ellbow, joint, plug etc shall be replaced by contractor for effeciant functioning of system and cost of the same deemed to be included in the rate quoted by Contractor.

Removing old paint from the complete structure related to solar water heating system, by scrubbing with emery paper, applying one coat of red oxide piant and two coat of super enamelled paint of branded company (colour of paint as approved by GE), complete all as specified.

Cleaning of HDPE water storage tank from inside and outside for solar water heating system for smooth and efficient functioning of system & removing the scale / dirt from inlet / outlet pipe complete as per direction of Engr in charge.

15mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

20mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

Replacement of heating element 2 KW ISI marked of solar water heater of size 150 Ltr to 300 Ltr, complete all as directed by Engr in charge. Note :- Make and model of heating element shall be as per sample on site for solar water heating system.

Replacement of tharmostate switch suitable for solar water heater of size 150 Ltr to 300 Ltr , complete all as directed by Engr in charge. Note:- Make and model of thermostate shall be as per sample available at site to sait the solar water heating system.
