Dismantling RCC posts or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes for soft / loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement concrete Type C-2 (1:3:6) ( using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS angle iron 65 x 65 x 6mm confirming to fe-290- Gde E-165 as in post as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc cutting and twisting necessary drilling bolting and riveting or welding including FI 40 x 6mm etc and similar works complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link fencing weight not exc 4 kg/sqm complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails,straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacigs and straining and fixing to any type of strand rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia. and over, Cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, spirally and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. all complete.

M&L for 12mm dia. MS bolts (Machine made ) of length exc. 10cm but not exc. 15cm with one washer and one nut all as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces all complete.

Dismantling of Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, etc. (each layer) laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brusing neat cement slurry with 3.00kg per sqm all as spd & directed.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on flat roof surface mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer instructions when concrete surface is green, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on roof slab including finishing the top surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab/chajjah/canopy/parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc including dismantling existing water proofing treatment of any description complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with adensity of 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyster fiber of weight not less than 160 gsm/sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end lap. Laying of membrane , physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gsm/sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree celcius. (iv) Joint tensile strength - longitudinal not less than 650 sqcm and transverse not less than 450 sqcm at 230 degree celcius. (v) Tear strength- Longitudinal not less than 300 N and transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation and reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 kg/sqcm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cms end lap.

M & L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) even and levelled, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered/ prepared surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer to match the shade as per existing colour scheme/pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per Srl Item No. 21 above, but Except Bricks.

M&L for precast cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, Parapet walls, facia, cover slabs upon drainage system incl necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of guage n.exe 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exe 15 cm thick,watered and rammed in two layers a true surface all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L 150 mm thick cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8(40 mm graded aggregate) as in floor/path all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for Chequred cement concerete coloured tiles (Glosy finished) machine pressed , of size 300mmx 300mmx 25mm thick in paving, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment in floor, over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone of size 300x300x150mm etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough complete all as specified.

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick coloured/wooden finish (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.
