Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of silent Diesel Engine capacity 100 KVA , 4 cylinder, liquid cooled Turbocharged intercooled, developing 126 BHP at 1500 RPM. This is electric start , compression ignition, 4 stroke engine designed to run continuously @ 1500 RPM. The Diesel engine conforms to present CPCB IV + norms. The DG set comprise of following:-

Diesel Engine:- The diesel engine comprise of following:- (a) Radiator with fan (b) Electric starter motor with soft starting system (c) Electronic Governor (G3 as per ISO 8528 Part V class governor) (d) Battery charging alternator (e) Dry type Air Cleaner with service indicator (f) CRDI System (g) Lube oil and fuel filter & Urea (h) DOC+SCR (j) First fill of lube oil and coolant (k) 1 x 12 V DC maintenance free Battey suitable for 100KVA DG set incl Battery copper lead with 1 year replacement warranty from the date of DLP.

SAILENT FEATURES OF DG SET The DG Set is of compact size with Manual and Automatic starting system. Sound Proof, weather Proof enclosure. Low vibration, best in class fuel consumption with electronic fuel injection system. Class G3 Governing in its range, which gives better accuracy in decreasing the speed drop in transient and lowering the recovery time of the speed. Low cost of service & spares. Low operation cost. confirms to statutory Govt CPCB IV + emmission & noise level norms. The enclosure is of modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily. The sheet metal components are pre- treated and are polyester based powder coated (inside as well as outside) for long life. All Nuts-bolts, hardware are stainless steel for long life. Battery is provide in tray inside the enclosure. Door are gasketed with high quality EPDN gaskets to avoid leakage of sound. Optimised EATS (Exhaust After Treatment System) is provided to control exhaust noise and emission. Specially designed sound attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry & exit points inside the enclosure. To make the system vibration free, engine and alternator are mounted on specially designed anti vibration pads mounted on base frame. Base frame of DG Set shall be as per OEM rcommendation. The enclosure is designed and layout of the equipment is such that there is easy access to all serviceable parts. Adequate ventilation is provided to meet air requirement for combustion & heat removal.

(g) In buit draw in type fuel tank of not less than 230 ltr capacity (h) with UV resistant powder coating can withstand extreme environments (j) The wall of the enclosure are insulated with fire-retardant and noise absorbent rockwool as to comply with the noise level of 75 dB (A) at distance of 1 mtr in open free field environment as per ISO 8528 part 10 specified by ministry of environment and forest. (k) Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel.

Alternator : Alternator capacity of 100 KVA suitable for continuous opertation rated at 1500 RPM, 415 volt, 0.8 PF, 50 HZ Three phase in SPDP enclosure, self-excited, self-regulated Brush less, floor mounted. The alternator confirming to IS:4722, BS EN 60034-1 and will be suitable for tropical condition of Averi, Distt - Kullu Himachal Pradesh. as per the following specification:- (a) DG Set shall salient poles , Single bearing , Brushless type suitable for direct coupling to engine. (b) DG Set dliver required output at the ambient temperature conditions. Suitable for an overload of 10% for 1 hour in every 12 hours of operation. (c) Provided the fast response thyristor type electronic automatic voltage regulator, which holds output voltage within desired limits (+/ 1%). (d) Self excited delf regulate. (e) Suitable for taking rated load immediately after machine reaches rated voltage and speed. (f) Suitable for direct coupling with Engine and mounted on common fabricated sheet metal base frame. (g) Screen protected drip proof enclosure with IP-23 degree of protection. (h) Air cooled type with radial fan mounted on Rotor. (j) Alternator winding and insulation - Insulation class H as defined in IS - 4722.

ACOUSTIC ENLOSURE: The Enclosure is of modular construction. 1. Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors. 2. The sheet metal components are pre-treated and are Polyester based powder coated (inside as well as outside) for long life. 3. Specially designed sound attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry & exit points inside the enclosure. 4. In - build draw in type fuel tank not less than 230 ltr capacity. 5. The walls of enclosure are insulated with the fire-retardant & noise absorbent rockwool so as to comply with the noise level of 75dB(A) at distance of 1mtr. in open free field environment as per ISO 8528 part 10 specified by ministry of Environment & Forest.

DG CONTROL PANEL WITH GENSET CONTROLLER : The Standard control Panel is manufactured with 16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather-proof and long lasting finish. The Control Panel consists of Microprocessor based genset controller, MCCB of suitable rating, Key Switch, Push Button (starter),LED Battery Charging alternator fail indication, Current Transformer, instrument fuses. The genset controller has all the basic safeties and protections all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(ii) The Engine, Alternator shall be factory assembled in premises of OEM . (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first filling of lubricant oil, coolant and Urea (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run as per Testing Officer at site including FOL, all arangements are to be provided by the contractor as per the latest BS /IS specifiecation and as directed by GE. The cost of the same shall be deemed to included in the rate quoted in tender. (v) PCC foundation PCC 1:2:4 for mounting of DG Set shall be done as per OEM/manufacture design/drg adding 1 mtr all around for working space and covered with PPGI sheet roofing height of shed 1 mtr above the siliencer (Exhaust) made out of purlin with size 40 x40 x 4mm & Vertical square tube 50 x 50 x 6mm duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as spcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . The cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the above rates. (vi) The contractor shall provide Catalogue operation and maintenace manual, spare parts list, overhauling manual.

(viii) Any item / work not specifically mentioned but required to complete the job shall be arranged by the contractor and demeed to incl in above rates. (ix) DG Set having standard warranty for their manufacturing defect for the period of 2 years from the date of completion of work.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) control Panel manufactured with 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet,IP 54, power coated outdoor type, weather proof and long lastng finish. The AMF control panel consists of the following items as per the recommendation parts , quantily with capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
