Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan built in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' brick in brick edge-on-edge walls(less than 1/2 brick thick) built in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing demolished material out side of defence land upto a distance exceeding 10.0 KM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Finishing surface of concrete by brooming with brooms whilst concrete is green complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting groves 10mm wide into concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick, PCC (1:4:8) type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 80 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size M-40 grade with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PVC moulded vibratory system chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 30 cm x 30 cm x25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to be laid over screed bed including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick average thickness for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in post/strut foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for MS work conforing to Fe-410-0 of Fe-310-0 Grade for fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting bending top to shape as directed drilling holes matching for barbed wire, including fillet on back side of fencing post and all necessary drilling work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs, Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings & straining and fixing to any type of post including screwing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples as directed including taking out existing damaged barbed wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling chanlink fencing of any gauge & size not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Chain link fencing using 4mm dia GI wire 75x75mm mesh including line wires, any mesh, size & type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing flat iron of size as directed as in fixing clamps or support to chain link fencing, stifners etc fixed with nut and bolts including making necessry holes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 ot 10mm dia of shank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the othere, each screw end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Barbed rozor tap concertina coil SG hot galvanised spring tensile wire manufactured by make as approved by GE of UTS 220 to 245 Kg/mm2 and dia of coil when stretched 1000mm having minimum number of circles 10/RM, minimum number of clips 25/RM & minimum weight of coil 1.625Kg/RM hot dip galvanised including taking out existing damaged concertina coil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
