Material and labour for Rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface finished even and smooth using WPC liquid of make Dr. Fixit or STP as per manufacturer instruction @ 0.200 litre in 50 Kg of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ)

Material and labour for APP modified roof treatment over existing accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane, Physical property of membrane shall be as under: (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450/sqcm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 22mm-25mm thick shall be laid over 10mm thick in screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 and jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 etc complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40mm thick serviceable brick tile (Except brick tile) as laid on cement mortar & joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:-Servicable brick tiles shall be used as retrived from serial item no-12 here-in-before. Furhter, quoted rates for this item shall include shifting of brick tiles including its lead from one block to another block. No claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account at the later stage.)

Supply only Polymer liquid water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning, breaking of loose concrete and cleaning of reinforcement and providing rust coating of PH RB-167 / rust free / SHEILDOXY over old reinforcement and welded with new reinforcement, if required and applying bonding adhesive chemical of STP / Fosroc over old concrete including filling the same with plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3, type A0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) at places as per site requirement complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note:- The cost of scaffolding including use and waste of form work shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item).
