As internationally reputed artists will be performing, and they will not be ready for any quality compromise in their technical requirements, the tenderer should specify the brand name and model number of each equipment quoted in the document. If the brand and model number does not match the required standards, palace board reserves complete authority to disqualify the tenderer.
Ownership of all equipments mentioned in the tender is mandatory to uphold the quality of the programme. No sub vending and joint ventures are permitted. Relevant bills of ownership of equipments to be attached.
