Excavation in trenches not.exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying cables / poles foundation / stay assembly and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning on both top and bottom of cable including ramming complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Punned thickness will be considered for measurement purposes.

Supply and lay burnt bricks sub class 'B' of standard size best locally available laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area of following sizes complete all as directed. NOTE : (a) The rate is inclusive of testing of cable at site after laying of cables in trenches / walls. (b) The cable may be laid manually and no other means shall be permitted. (c) The quoted rate is inclusive of clamping on walls / pole if required. (d) The earthwork will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for cutting of road / PCC for laying of UG cables upto a length of 3m complete further laying of cables through GI pipe and filling with PCC and making the surface smooth with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of GI pipe of upto 100mm bore. (b) The depth of the cable after laid to be in the same plane as that of the connected earth work. (c) The sides of the GI pipe is required to be sealed properly to avoid moisture.

Material and labour for detecting LT fault upto 0.433 KV through cable fault locator, finding the fault and excavating the earth at that particular location, removing the existing cable and preparing for fixing new cable joints and re laying of cables in the original position and return filling the earth work to make the surface smooth in accordance with surroundings complete all as directed. NOTE : (a) Necessary labour for the earth work upto 10m is deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (b) Necessary LT Joints will be measured under separate item. (c) Contractor has to commence the job within 3 hrs from the job card assigned to him, failing which penalty @ double the quoted rate will be recovered from the contractor.. (d) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the hiring of cable fault locator.

Supplying and jointing straight through cable end termination with cold jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable upto 95 sq.mm 3.5 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old serviceable cable of capacity upto 300 sq.mm and keeping it in safe custody and further re-laid in the existing trenches / walls as directed and specified. NOTE : (a) The rate is inclusive of testing of cable at site after laying of cables in trenches / walls. (b) The cable may be laid manually and no other means shall be permitted. (c) The quoted rate is inclusive of clamping on walls / pole if required. (d) The earthwork will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for scrapping out old wornout painted surfaces and painting with smoke grey epoxy paint to LT panels of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of labelling of the MCCBs on the LT Panel as per the existing model. (b) Shutdown for the particular panel needs to be specified well in time (at least a week time).

Material and labour for repairing of the sheet metal enclosure of LT panel complete through welding, screwing complete all as directed and as specified NOTE : (a) The quoted rate is inclusive of replacing of old sheet enclosure of upto 3.15mm thick with new one as required (b) Painting work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for cleaning of LT panels, scrapping out mud, replacing of sleeves complete, tightening the lugs, insulating the wornout sleeves of cable / busbar with insulating tape complete including repairing of the sheet metal enclosure of LT Panel complete through welding, screwing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (a) The quoted rate is inclusive of knobs, hinges and other locking arrangements required. (b) The quoted rate is excluded to the painting of the replaced sheet. (c) The LT panels needs to be cleaned on every quarterly basis. (d) The quoted rate is inclusive of aluminium / copper lugs required. (e) The quoted rate is inclusive of multistranded copper cable of upto 10 sq.mm (< 10 RM)

Supply and fix MCCBs with thermal magnetic release and terminal spreaders of following capacities in existing LT Panel including disconnecting and removal of old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (a) The MCCBs needs to be affixed in the existing mounting arrangement of the LT Panel. Any modification required needs to be carried out by the contractor and the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the same. (b) The existing makes of MCCBs in the area are Standard, Havells, Indoasian, L&T (c) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary cable links and cable lugs if required for connections.

Supply and fix rectangular SMC junction box of size 140 x 140 x 95mm shock proof and rust proof, rot-proof and termite resistant cable entry from bottom and / or sides, 100% weatherproof having pole mounting arrangement for garden light all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- The box needs to be affixed in the existing mounting arrangement. Any modification required needs to be carried out by the contractor and the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the same.

Material and labour for service wire (copper) 3 core 1.5 sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for service wire (copper) 3 core 2.5 sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for service wire (copper) 4 core 10 sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix SMDB of capacity upto 250A double door 4 way - Main enclosure (with a provision to mount TP MCCBs as an outgoing*) with degree of protection IP-43 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary cable links and cable lugs if required for connections. (b) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary brick work and plaster to match with the existing surface complete if required.

Material and labour for aluminium bus bar with sleeves (of suitable colour) and of suitable size including removal of old worn out bus bar complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Necessary nut bolt / fasteners and drilling of holes as required deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) For measurement purpose weight of busbar needs to be certified by Engineer-in-Charge at site. The necessary weight measuring equipments needs to be supplied by the contractor as and when directed at site on no cost basis so as to facilitate proper and prompt response.

Supply and fix LT cable route indicator made up of MS with dimensions upto 100mm dia (approx) and embedded letters "433 KV LT MES" complete all as specified and as directed.
