Hire charges for providing of silent Diesel Generating set of the following capacities of 3 phase 440 volts with suitable capacity switch gear and connections with a suitsble size of armoured cable up to change over switch including transportation and watch & ward etc.complete as required during various events organized by ITPO.(The silent DG sets will be provided as per the quantity approved by the Engineer in charge during each fair).

Operation chareges of the following capacity Silent type DG Sets complete with Diesel Oil, Mobile oil, transportation, operator etc. complete as required.

Providing main distribution angle iron Board with incommer of 400 Amps. MCCB and minimum 2 Nos. 100/160/200 Amps out going MCBs complete with connection testing commissioning and maintenance etc. as required on hire charge basis for the fair period.

Providing main distribution angle iron Board with incommer of 200/300 Amps. MCCB and minimum 8 Nos. 20/32/63 Amps out going MCBs complete with connection testing commissioning and maintenance etc. as required on hire charge basis for the fair period.

Providing main distribution angle iron Board with incommer of 100/63 Amps. MCCB and minimum 5 Nos. 10/20/32 Amps out going MCBs complete with connection testing, commissioning and maintenance etc. as required on hire charge basis for the fair period.

Providing 6/8 way TPN distribution Board with30/60 Amps. TPN Switch/MCB including connection and inter connections testing, commissioning and maintenance etc. as required on hire charge basis for the fair period.

Providing and laying of 3 ½ core armoured Aluminium conductor LT cable of 11000 Volts grade 95 sq.mm to 240 sq. mm size on ground /in duct/ wall /tree along with double loop earthing of suitable size including connections,testing & maintenace etc. as required on hire basis for fair period)

Providing and laying of 3 ½ core LT armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 11000 Volts grade 25 sq.mm to 70 sq. mm size on ground /in duct/ wall /tree along with double loop earthing of suitable size including connections,testing & maintenace etc. as required on hire basis for fair period)

Providing and laying of 5 core copper LT cable of 11000 Volts grade 4 sq.mm to 16 sq. mm size on ground /in duct/wall/tree along with loop earthing of suitable size including connections,testing & maintenace etc. as required on hire basis for fair period)

Providing of 5A/15A, 6 Pin universal type switch socket combination for fan/machines etc. complete with circuit wiring including connections, interconnection and earthing the third pin etc. as required on hire basis for fair period.

Providing and laying/fixing/hanging of LED Rope light on tree/wall/ complete with wiring, connection, testing and maintenance etc. as reqd. on hire basis for fair period.

Providing and laying/fixing/hanging of chains decoration lighting with miniature coloured lamps of 0.5 watt to 2Watt with 25 lamps in each set complete with wiring, connection, testing and maintenance etc. as reqd. on hire basis for fair period.

Providing and fixing of Flood light with 200 Watt LED lamp in white,blue,green shades complete with wiring, connection,testing and maintenance etc. as reqd. on hire basis for fair period.

Hire charges for providing power connections with suitable size of aluminium/copper conductor cables along with earthing from electric Panel/Distribution board to control switch gear/MCB with enclosure to be provided for Machines having electricity consumption of 1 KW OR more in multiples and maintenance during the fair period etc. as reqd.

Providing installation/Fabrication of name Board with letters 2 ft. height in English “INDIA INTERNATIONAL LEATHER FAIR/Aahar -2026” and 2027 written in white paint with orange back ground complete with wiring, connection, testing and maintenance etc. as reqd. on hire basis for fair period.(The letters shall be illuminated with LED /miniature lamps fixed on the outer edge of the letters making overall length of the board 3’x60’x0.5’ (deep) complete with all accessories etc. as required)

Providing installation/Fabrication of name Board with Letters 2’ height in English “IILF/Aahar 2026” and 2027 written in white paint with orange back ground complete with wiring, connection, testing and maintenance etc. as reqd. on hire basis for fair period.(The letters shall be illuminated with LED/ miniature lamps fixed on the outer edge of the letters making overall length of the board 3’x15’x0.5’ (deep) complete with all accessories etc. as required on hire charges for the fair period )

Providing and fixing the Pedestal/stand fans of 400 mm size complete with wiring, connection, testing and maintenance etc. as reqd. on hire basis for one day.

Hire charges for providing and fixing PA system with all accessories including Amplifiers 2 Nos., mixture 1 No., micro-phones 4 Nos. and Tape Recorder 1 No. including with power backup facility of one hour, complete with wiring connections, testing, commissioning and maintenance etc. as reqd. on hire basis for fair period.etc. as required.

Providing and installation of jumbo Air coolers complete with wiring connections, testing, commissioning and maintenance etc. as reqd. on hire basis for one day

Providing, installation, testing, commissioning all accessories like Amplifiers,mixture,Micro-phones, speakers etc. suitable for inauguration program on stage including power backup facility of one hour, complete with wiring connections and maintenance etc. as reqd. on hire basis for one day

Providing, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of 4 TR capacity tower type split aircondining unit including connecting of suitable size of condensing pipe, drain pipe gas charging gas charging complete with wiring ,connections et. as reqd. on hire basis for the fair period up to four days.
