Heating Chamber-Dually insulated with Alkali Resistant High Density Refractory Bricks/Blocks and Ceramic Fiber of 128 Density; with Horizontal Heaters Kanthal Make with Coil Holding bricks for easy maintenance Furnace charging door- S.S. fabricated from 3mm Thick SS304 sheet, internally insulated with ceramic wool & provided with mechanically operating system.Refractory bricks & suction duct Insulation-Alkali Resistant High-Density Refractory & Superior High Temperature & High Alumina Fire Bricks (IS8) and Insulation Bricks-Conforming to IS-2042A & superior Combustion air blower- Appx. 600 CFM centrifugal type provided with air flow control damper. Exhaust air blower-Appx. 1200 CFM centrifugal type made out of 304 SS materials. Ash collection system-This is provided at rear and the front of the furnace provided with rack, ash collection tray, etc. Heating Element-The total heating load of furnace is divided into two groups heating elements are mounted on furnace horizontally and protected by Coil holding bricks made with 90% Alumina. Heating element should be spring type made out of best quality 8 SWG Kanthal Make (6 KW x 6 Nos x 2 groups) Ni-Cr 80:20 wire. 6 KW each for primary chamber to be working in supply voltage of 240V, 50Hz made from 80/20 Nickle-chrome wire of 8 SWG with welded S.S, studs at ends. Temperature Range 650 to 850. Degrees Celcius and 1050 Deg Celcius Max. Permissible. The coils will be inserted into the groove of specially designed fire bricks. End with S.S studs. make of suitable size placed on Insulated elements embedded in furnace to be grouped in a manner to operate it through contractor at starting position & running position as required including testing and commissioning.

PLC BASED CONTROL PANEL - The furnace control panel will be floor mounted, self-supporting indoor type, dust and vermin proof, fabrication from sheet metal work of 2.0 mm thick MS Sheet with hinged cover with locking arrangement. The top, bottom and the rear door (where the instrument will be mounted) will be made of 2.5 MM thick MS Sheet. The Panel will be Powder Coated and dimensions are. 4 X 6 X 2.5 Feet (L X H X D). If incorporates all switchgears required for furnace equipment, heaters, etc. It also includes HMI, Thyristor Power regulator with 2 set point temperature controller with Contactor by pass arrangement, Changeover switch, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Energy meter temp. Controller, terminals etc. All internal wiring is done with copper conductors, Power connection to the control panel. All Switchgears Siemens/ L&T/Schneider make only. Note: This is for Cabling from CONTROL PANEL TO FURNACE ONLY.

This Shall be provided to contain the air pollution emission with 150 mg/M3. Wet scrubber unit with water pump & SS304 Spray Nozzles, MOC SS304 Water Scrubber-This shall be provided to control air pollution emission. The water scrubber shall be fabricated out of 3mm thick AISI 304 SS plate & provided with specially designed spray nozzles, mist eliminator, dampers etc. This is coupled with AISI 304 SS suction blower for efficient scrubbing of flue gases. The scrubbers are available in vertical or horizontal or as per site conditions. The inlet water connection & drain connection, etc. complete and connection to M.S. Chimney by means of 304 SS duct.

Supply, Installation & commissioning of M S Self supported chimney M.S. Chimney-Chimney offered is self-supporting made out of suitable M.S. plates provided with ladder, platform for air pollution monitoring purpose. The chimney size shall be 355mm dia at top, 700mm dia at bottom with height up to 30.5M with necessary EN-8 foundation bolts. The chimney tope shall be provided with SS canopy, copper lighting arrestor with G.I. earthing strip & earth pit. The chimney shall be internally painted with two layers of heat-resistant aluminum paint, chimney shall be conforming IS. Other works-Required civil housing, foundation, electric power, water, drain, etc. for the furnace. Does Not include RCC Foundation for Chimney and RCC foundation for Chimney will be additional.
