M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, including preparing un-decorated surface of floor, and applying two coats of exterior weathar caot over a coat of primer in camouflaging pattern as approved by the station authority and RGB values variation from 110 to 171 of approved pattern having percentage of colours 45%, 30%,25% in sigma pattern at any height as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for painting old steel/iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth with one coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The contractor make suitable arrangement to shift the concertina coil/barbed wire to carryout work & fixing in the same postion after painting. the rates are deemed to be included.

M&L Preparation of old corrugated, semicorrugated steel surfaces of any description as on sloped roof, wall/cladding surfaces over 10 cm width or girth with one coats of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging pattern as approved by the station authority and RGB values variation from 110 to 171 of approved pattern having percentage of colours 45%, 30%,25%stone at height n. exc 15mtr as per sample/pattern approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Taking down cement of cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall or concrete surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer with alkali resistant priming paint in camouflaging pattern as approved by the station authority and RGB values variation from 110 to 171 of approved pattern having percentage of colours 69%, 22%,9% at a height n. exc. 25 mtr as per sample/pattern approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for Cutting holes in brick walls in mud mortar for inserting holdfasts exc. One brickbut not exc.two brick and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required

M&L for Providing precast ce- ment concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any ection indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to atch including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in Repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc including dismentling old complete as directed (each line wire to be measured).

S & F in repairs concertina coil SRPBT fence comprising of SRPBT helix concertina of 600mm dia (before stretch) having 50 no of trun 125 clip, barb length 23.5mm 2.5mm high carbon core wire, tape width 18.60mm, centre width 7.40mm etc. with anticorrosive bitumen coated as per 15:158 stretch P/coil =6 mtr including taking down/ replacement of unserviceable coils

S&F Mild Steel works in: posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc : flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precastconcrete articles

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
