Demolition below Ground level upto all depths and disposal of unservideable material within all leads and lifts in Un-reinforced cement concrete upto all thickness shade, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling any floor/height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation.

(i) Foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

(ii) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls up to any width in Super- structure for all floor level in all heights.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand : three crushed/graded stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer compacting the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for R.C.C. work in foundation and plinth and Super-structure in all floor in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

(i) Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers in Super-structure for all floors in all heights.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement : four sand) Second Class Bricks, in Super-structure for all floors in all heights including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position. 2nd class Deodar wood, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing plain square edged cover fillets (beading) 60mm×12mm (Sixty millimeter into twelve millimeter) section with wood screws in ceiling and lining including mitring at junctions. 1st class deodar wood, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing water proof kit ply of standard quality ISI mark and approved shade and colour in panelling & wall linning including mitring at junctions, butt jointing and nails complete (Frame work for base to be measured &paid for separately) 12mm (Twelve millimeter) thick, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm (Ten millimeter) thick anti skid water proof stain and impact resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx10mm (Six hundred × six hundred millimeter × ten millimeter) manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm (Twelve millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles (300x300mmx8mm) (Three hundred into three hundred millimeter into eight millimeter) in grey/coloured of required shade in skirting risers of steps and dados on 12mm (Twelve millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement :three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing HDF decorative laminate core board German Kerono flooring AC4 class 32.7mm thick placed over cushion 2mm thick expended polythene foam plus 100 Micron thick polythene sheet under lay No. 045. Beech west including border of required shade and colour complete in all respects upto all floor levels as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing polycarbonatd tranparent sheet 1.20mm thick in roofing with galvanised J or L hooks bolts and nuts with G.I. Limpet and bitumen rubber washer complete with all accessories as required, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. 15mm (Fifteen millimeter) cement plaster in single coat,on rough side of brick/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth. Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give and even shade over and including a priming coat with Alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
