Supply and fixing in replacement cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make:- Cat Part No DA-972 of make Dark Eye OR 3M or Road star or equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge including taking down of existing board. Note:- Rate of fixing arrangement shall deem to be included in quoted rates

Supply and fix in replacement solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed . Make:- Cat Part No GSR 606 of Make 3M or Road star or Dark Eye OR equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications.

S&F in replacement road safety convex Polycarbonate reflective mirrors of size 100 cms body made of ABS/Fibre/Plastic with hood and mounting hardware with 100mm GI Pipe 2.10m long embedded in PCC bed block of size 300x300x400mm in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of PCC of size as required. (ii) Make:- CAT PART No. RSCM-100 of Road star OR equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications.

S&F in repair dealineator post size 1.2mtr long 75mm outer dia MS pipe of 16 gauge with painted with storve enamelled back piant and 3 Mos of retro reflective high intensity rade sheeting in white/red/yellow columns each size 100x75 mm bounded on ite and dealineator post covered with 45mm long MS wire case fixe in ground with PCC bed block of size 150x150x300 mm with cement covered 1:2:4 type B complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat part No. GPD 1233 of Make Road star or equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement modular speed breaker of size 250x750x75mm Dual-directional having high intensity cube corner reflector ultrasonic welded to high impact resistant ABS plastic body of colour yellow and black provided with 4 steel nails. Shape of side body to have interlocking pattern to keep all speed breakers in a row fixed with long nail complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Make :- catpart no GP-1006 of Road star or equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications.

S&F in replacement sign board made out of 3mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet of size 1200mmx1200mm including retro reflective sheeting on both side fixed on 50mm dia stainless steel pipe of Grade-304 (non scratch able) of wall thickness not less than 14 gauge including providing letters of not less than 75mm height fixe on position with 50mm dia stainless steel pipe (wall thickness of pipe shall be not less than 14 gauge and vertical height of board above GL should be 2.4 m & below GL60 cm deep) and stainless steel pipe embedded in PPC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in post holes of size 250mmx600mm including 6m thick mild steel base size 200mmx200mmx600 including 6mm thick mild steel base plate of size 200mmx200mmx6mm thick for anchoring of post applying of two coats of anti corrosive paint on anchoring plate and writing letters and Numbers on both sides of the board in English or Hindi and Urdu (As required at site) should be as per IRC 30-1968 suing 3M material, Numbers of letters ex 50 but n exc. 250 on each side of the board etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-(i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ. (ii) Incase any descripency between description and cat part No under this schedule, Cat part/model No shall prevail.
