Demolition of RCC of any descrition such as Kitchen chimney, chajja, shelves, OHT Tanks. etc and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beam and column in floors, roofs,landings,balconies,deck slab, parapet walls and in shelves and etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius in cm 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L half brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius in cm 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof including mud phuska also taking down existing APP membrane & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows :- (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brushes to remove sharp projections,cleaning joints,washing,drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/ plaster etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC , finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP based polymeric membrane,minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Makes:-STP, Dr Fixit, Sika Notes: (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement/ as per site requirement and cured well before laying membrane by torching. (ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator of manufacturer only.The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the work. (iv) The independent testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs having fascilities for testing of membrane. (v) The guarantee of treatment shall be for minimum 10 years reckoned from date of completion of whole work

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300mm x 300mm x 8-10mm) with SRI (Solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid over & including screed bed 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), Technical specification of roof tiles shall be as per IS 4457:2007, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Providing RCC precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 40 mm thick Jallies (measured solid including all mouldings and frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete flooring type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs / benching / coved fillets etc rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for rendering 05 mm thick top layer in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions over under layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling/roof top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for three coats of white washing on new plastered surfaces of on ceiling surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over 3 mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking up or down GI tubing 15 mm bore pipe including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ditto- but refixing 15 mm dia ,old steel tubing and connections in new or old possition (wall,ceiling and floors etc)

S&F GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanise with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking up or down GI tubing 20 mm bore pipe including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of water tanks of capacity exc 500 Ltr & n.exc 1000 Ltr and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : PVC Tank shall be ISI marked & having two layer.

S&F 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 20 mm ball valve high pressure of PTMT with apoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F MS flat iron 50 x 6mm as in hold fast confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceedin 250 litres & not exceeding 500 litres etc, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceedin 500 litres & not exceeding 1000 litres etc, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 & not exc 500 litre capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. And hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. Measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks exc 250 & not exc 500 ltr capacity and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks exc 500 & not exc 1000 ltr capacity and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Demolition and breaking up or taking down PVC/AC/CI/SSW 100mm bore pipe drain pipes, set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and bedding, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including PVC holding clamps, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend, any radius with access door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Note :(i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
