Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cu m of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm using paving bitumen VG 30 grade including rolling complete all as specified.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm but n exc.100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid / rolled and compacted to reqired gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) by using paving bitumen VG 30 @4% by weight of total mix,using 8 to 12 tonne power roller ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and using mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 grade at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen for laying bituminous macadam all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and spreading with machenical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and for uniform smooth surface by using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as directed and directed.

M&L for laying 2.5mm thick hot applied thermo plastic road marking painting of uniform thickness with glass beads as per clause No 803 of MOST specification including cleaning of road surface heating of material within specified temperature limit for marking with necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 'Cat Eye' in size of width n.exc 130mm and hight n.exc 20mm made of strong engineering high impact resistant polymer with electronic welded lenses for retro reflective in dry and wet weather condition along with bituminous adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix paving bitumen VG 30 grade, poured in the forms of requisite height shape and width for rumble trip/speed breaker after lifting of forms surface finished to required shape and well compated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down existing finish completely including washing down and apply two coats of apex paint/ weather proof exterior grade emulsion paint over primer after preparation on plastered surfaces/concrete surface/Kerb stone including preparation of uneven surfaces with filling putty where required to get even and smooth fnished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
