Repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each in area including sweeping from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth but making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm (paving bitumen VG-30), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exceeding 30mm complete all as directed.

Premix Bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen VG-30 of 4% by weight of total mix complete all as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms, finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed.

Applying evenly priming /tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg/10 sq metres with (using paving bitumen VG-30) complete all as directed.

Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mixed plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete to a uniform surface complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(Un reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

All as per item No 6 hereinbefore but reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the staring points in soil complete all as directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in edge stone fixed in cement mortar 1:6 along road of minimum size 20cmx10cmx25cm including necessary earth work in hard and dense soil (including removal of surplus soil) complete all as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as directed.

Precast cement Concrete block masonry with solid blocks grade C-5 , exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, plinth band, bed blocks and like slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary form work, complete all as directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, guard bars etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as directed.

Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub base complete all as directed.

Sand cushioning for laying of interlocking tiles complete all as directed. (Note: Punned / compacted thickness shall be measured for payment purpose).

Machine pressed (rubber mould) coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment fixed over 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as directed. (sand cushioning will be measured and paid under relevant items)

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as directed.

Moorum /red bajri filling in floors or paving’s as in berms, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as directed.

Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paste and marking of guide lines, dashed arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paste 2 to 2.5 mm thick using marking machine, white, golden, yellow or black colour as required using glass beads necessary for achieving reflection on roads pavements and the like as per BS 6088 complete all as directed. Note : 1.Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2.The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment until the desired result is obtained.

ABS engineering plastic stud (Cat Eye) dynamically designed having high impact strength and fitted with 2 numbers highly reflective micro prismatic retro reflective reflectors on both sides including fixing with fixing arrangements as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed.Make: Cat part No Art AME 1019 of M/S Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd or equivalent of Dark Eye/Sun Eyez/ M/S Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd.

Solar road studs made of aluminum alloy, 100% water proof, with high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4 V /0.30 Watt, one Ni-Mh or Ni-CD rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA), six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 MCD, bearing weight of 10 tonnes (approx) fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed.Make:- DHRUV of Dark eye or equivalent of Sun Eyez/ M/S Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd./M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd.

Preparation old painted concrete surface such as in kerb stones etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with road marking paint of any colour(Black/Yellow/white/red) matching with the existing surfaces complete all as directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit(-) Rs 23,750.00 shall be deducted from the Quoted BOQ amount to arrive Net Sum of tender
