Bidder should have own or hired excavator and tipper, if hired or leased relevant documents shall be uploaded

bidder shall upload self authorization certificate along with photographs declaring visit of Site or STP where desludging is carried out and assess the condition of sludge

The bidder should submit signed copy of Annexure-B-site visit declaration along with photographs
