Fabrication and erection of sodium piping system for testing and performance evaluation of 350m3/hr ALIP in Sodium Technology Complex.

Handling, transportation of components and materials from FRTG stock yard to STC: -such as SS 316 LN pipes, valves & pipe fittings, Vessels, ALIP, Instruments, blower etc. All the components shall be collected from storage location and positioned in the respective floors.

Spool drawing: preparation: - Separate spool drawing in AutoCAD for each pipe system in A4 size to be prepared. Soft copy of the same shall be provided in a memory device.

Pipe Bending works 2 inch:- Marking, formation of 5D bend by cold forming of 316LN pipes (FIM) Sch 40 of size 2" as per the drawing FRTG/99300/GA/4112 and site conditions and LPT

Pipe Bending works 4 inch:- Marking, formation of 5D bend by cold forming of 316LN pipes (FIM) Sch 40 of size 4" as per the drawing FRTG/99300/GA/4112 and site conditions and LPT

Butt Welding with Radiography: - Fabrication, fit up, welding of all SS pipe butt joints through TIG process & liquid penetrate test for root and final pass as per tender specifications. All welding consumables in the scope of contractor except filler wire for welding of SS316LN pipes and local passivation of the weld joints. Radiography: -X-ray examination of butt welded pipe joints and intersection joints for SS by DWSI & DWDI technique for pipe as per the technical specifications of the tender using X-ray machine. The supply of X-ray machine, film, dark room facility, consumables for film washing, skilled and unskilled personnel are under the scope of the contractor.

Butt Welding without Radiography: - Fabrication, fit up, welding of all SS/CS pipe butt joints through TIG process & liquid penetrate test for all passes as per tender specifications. All welding consumables in the scope of contractor except filler wire for welding of SS316LN pipes and local passivation of the weld joints. Ultrasonic Testing of all fillet welds as per ASTM section V and acceptance as per ASTM section VIII standard.

Fillet Welding with UT: - Fabrication, fit up, Welding of SS fillet joints through TIG process & liquid penetrate test for root and final pass as per tender specifications. All welding consumables in the scope of contractor except filler wire for welding of SS316LN pipes and local passivation of the weld joints. Ultrasonic Testing of all fillet welds as per ASTM section V and acceptance as per ASTM section VIII standard.

Erection of Pipes & pipe spools: - Erection of pipes and pipe spools as per drawings and site conditions. In case of any mismatch observed at site, a deviation report shall be prepared and submitted to EIC for approval.

Erection of Valves, ALIP, Flowmeter, and fittings :- Erection of valves & pipe fittings, Instruments, components as per drawing & bill of materials.

Supply, fabrication and erection of CS supports & Structures: support of bottom Y, Rigid X, Rigid Z and anchor for pipe support and Support structures for all components to be fabricated out of Plates confirm to IS: 1730, ISMC channels and ISA angles. All materials, consumables, fabrication works, fabrication of bushes, bolts & nuts, LP examination of weld joints, and painting two coat of primer and two coats of enamel painting are scope of contractor. Erection of all the components and support structure as per the approved drawing to suit the site conditions.
