Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches of toe wall spillway head regulator, outlet intake well etc. as per designed section in all kinds of soil, including moorum soil, soil mixed with kankar, pebbles and boulders up to 300 mm size and disposal of the same (beyond 50 M away from the edge of the tranches) with in initial lead of 150 M and intial lift of 1.5 M as per specification and direction of E/I.

(1:6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints, costs of screening, materials, scaffolding, raking out joints to 15 mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing fully glazed steel door, windows or ventilations of standard rolled Z and mullion steel sections and size as per IS-1038 joints met and welded with 100 x 16 x 3 mm M.S. lugs fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) blocks 15 x 10 x 10cm, size including cost of oxidised iron fittings, with hinges, handle per steps, catch springs, 3 mm thick plain glass panes with Aluminium beads and inner frame fixed with lugs with 20 mm long 6.3 mm G.I. counter sunk machine screw and nuts and applying a coat of red lead paint carriage to work site hoisting and placing in position in all storys and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Coffer Dam & Dewatering

Providing, constructing coffer dam in river basin / dam storages as per type design including excavation, filling the middle portion with B.C. soil (in gunny bags if required). Providing impervious/ semimpervious materials on both side of B.C. soil (in gunny bags if required) including ramming , compacting to satifaction of Engineer-in-charge, till the completion of work including dismantling coffer dam after completion of works and disposing off material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. FASD STARTER : Supplying and errecting, assembled fully automatic star delta starter, in a provided cubical panel to operate squirrel cage induction motor working on 380 to 440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz with no volt coil, overload relay and ON OFF push buttons with necessary materials and connected to supply etc. all complete.

Power Distribution Panel : Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Power control cum distribution cubical panel board (LT Panel), made of 2 mm thick, MS sheet of suitable size, dust and vermin proof consisting of following accessories.

a) Incoming feeder- 630 A TPN 415V MCCB with thermal release range, adjustable and breaking capacity with rotary operating mechanism handle of make L&T/ SIEMENS/ Schneider- 1no.

b) Outgoing feeder- 400A TP 415V MCCB having thermal release range, adjustable and breaking capacity with rotary operating mechanism handle of make L&T/SIEMENS/ Schneider- 4no. and 1no. Spare feeder.

c) Bus Bar- 4 pole 630A 415V copper strip bus bar enclosed in MS sheet, etc. all complete job- 1no.

f) Indicating lamp LED - L&T/SIEMENS make in Red, Yellow and Green colour- 1set.

g) 32A MCB and 63A MCCB for light load and other utility loads of L&T/SIEMENS/ Schneider make- 2no each.

h) APFC panel of required and Suitable capacitor banks in standards stages with reactor coils for raising PF from 0.80 to 0.98,etc. all complete. Including motor control relays, earth fault relay, over/leakage current relay,etc. all other safety relays.

Panel should be duly painted with two coats super enameled paint of approved colour one coat of red oxide primer and including all type of relays with internally wired with suitable size of copper control wire/cable, etc. all complete.

Cables : Supplying , laying and suitably terminating both ends with following cables:-

(a) Cost of 400 Sq.M.M. x 3.5 core XLPE Aluminum armoured 1.1 KV grade cable including laying on cable tray from Transformer to LT Panel in the WTP pump house with suitable number of runs.

(b) Cost of 95 Sq.M.M. x 3.0 core XLPE 1.1 KV grade solid/ stranded unarmoured copper conductor with 6 mm thick cable including laying on wall/floor from LT Panel to Starter & Motors.

Lifting Equipment : Providing, erecting and commissioning of 3 Tonne single girder hand opreted circular /Rectangular travelling crane with 6 m lift complete with chainpully block ISI marked and travelling trolly both tested for 50% over load including arrangement for longitudional travel/ circular travel and cross travel with wheel hand chain etc. all complete.

Earthing : Providing & erecting earthing for each motors and Stabiliser with suitable Copper earth plate, GI pipe, charcoal, salt, etc. all complete as per IE Rule.

Lighting : Supplying and doing electrical wiring and internal and external lighting i.e. Lighting for entire plant area at clear water plant with LED luminaries as required and as per direction of E/I.

Additional Items : Supplying and erecting lightening arrester for pump house, Fire fighting system, emergency light with inverter and battery, display boards at pumphouse and ESS, safety gadgets e.g. hand gloves, gumboot, helmet, First aid box, insulation pad near each electrical controls and equipments, maintenance and measuring tools tools etc. as per requirement, standards and IE rule.

Tansformer Installation: Cost of construction of DP structure in Rail/RSJ Pole for above mention transformer with different type of MS channels, M.S. angles, brackets, insulators, AB Switch, three set of horn gap fuse, DO fuse, disc & pin insulator, lightening arrester with earthing, stay sets, nut bolts, fabrication work required for the job, cost of earthing of transformer (Two nos., one no. for neutral and one for body) with all required material, technicians, labours, Grouting, PCC work, fencing, Danger board, testing of transformer oil, fitting, fixing, connecting with HT/LT lines, etc. for power supply, etc. all complete as per I.E. rules and specification of Jharkhand state electricity board.
