Supply & laying Double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of 150mm bore (SN-8), thickness greater than 1.30 mm, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 for 150 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc.10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick CM 1:4 screed bed for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering (backing coat) in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sunken treatment of Toilet/Bathroom as in following steps:- i) Top of RCC slab in sunken portion including peripheral beams shall be plastered with 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 using approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth using extra cement, curved at the junctions. ii) Apply two coats of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementatious coating like brush bond for both on floor & beams. iii) Sunken slabs to be given 1:20 slope outward 25mm GI pipe(medium grade) spout with 300 mm projection beyond outer surface of wall shall be provided. iv) Water tightness of sunken portion to be tested by ponding with water for 72 hours. In case of even a slight mark of seepage, the portion to be treated and ponding shall be carried out again to confirm the water tightness of sunken slab. Note : (i) No cutting in roof slab/beam shall be allowed for passing of CI pipes & fittings.The stage of water proofing to sunken slab shall be passed by Eng-in-charge/GE. (ii) water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for 25mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished fair and even with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC with concrete cutter machine of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including taking out and seperating old reinforcement and removal of debries to a distance not exc 50m and making site clean complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in cover slab set in CM 1:4 including necessary form work if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockage of WC, Wash hand basin, floor/nahani trap, gully trap and junctions of soil waste & vent pipe etc. manually for day to day complaint with the help of vacuum pump or rodding for complete satisfaction of users including opening and re-fixing of eye cover to bend and branch piece (Tee bend) and finally cleaned with water to make the Job functional in any location and in any position of building. Note: Sludge obtained shall be disposed off in a pit made by the contractor and shall be covered with soil and rate for the same are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Desilting of blockage/blocked Manhole of any size and depth including disposal of rubbish/sludge and making good all as directed by engineer in charge. Cleaning of existing 150 mm dia sewage line upto 1.00 m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semi liquid/solid sludge etc. coming in the next manhole is removed and then the line is cleaned with water complete for effective functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing 200 mm dia sewage line upto 1.00 m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semi liquid/solid sludge etc. coming in the next manhole is removed and then the line is cleaned with water complete for effective functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank up to 25 users capacity by manually/Mechanically in the following steps complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Dewatering of septic tank (ii) Removing of all sludge/waste material from all chambers of the septic tank, clean the floor and walls of the tank after removing complete sludge/materials with clean water. (iii). Removing the temprary blockage of inlet/outlet pipe and making the septic tank functional . (iv) Remove all taken out sludge/ waste materials in covered containers out side the Defence Land. Note: Cost for all the above steps/activities are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. f) Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10litre per square metre over the APP based polymeric membrane.

Material and labour for raking out joints and filling the 40mm wide crumple joint with filler board for 150mm depth of slab and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' to stop the leakage, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
