Earth work in exacavation in foundations in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 30 mt. & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the E/I upto a distance of 30 mt. from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form- work, in foundation.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

10 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 4 coarse sand

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with three coats to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion the work.

Painting or varnishing work in small areas or new wood work with one coat upto one square metre of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approed superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should fonfirm the ISI no. 103-1950 (M.S. works)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete, (b) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers (c) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Removing paint or varnish with paint remover or costic soda, including supply of the materials, labour and T&P etc. required compition of works

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposalof rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

Brick masonry in 1:4 C.M with OPC cement and banda c-sand (F.M 1.5 - 2.0) mortar using M-150 class Bricks complete in all respect including all lead, lifts, all cost of material, labour, curing ,T&P required for proper completion of work as per sanctioned drawing & specification in the direction of Engineer-In -Charge. 10 mm thick brick cement plaster on brick masonry in 1:4 cement sand mortar with floated neat cement including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. as per drawing & specification in sq.m

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre
