Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse Sand: 8 Graded Stone aggregates crushed 40 mm nominal size) including all charges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6(1 Cement: 3 coarse Sand: 6 Graded Stone aggregates crushed 20 mm nominal size) including all charges but excluding cost of TMT & cement.

All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3(1 Cement: 1.5 coarse Sand: 3Graded Stone aggregates crushed 20 mm nominal size) including all charges but excluding cost ofTMT & cement.

Supplying of GSB non cohesive river bed materials, comprising of small boulders & sand for filling purpose so that no sinking or ruts are formed including engagement of labours for spreading, leveling, compacting, watering & rolling with 08-10 tonne road roller & other contingencies incurred during work & including all sought of carriage from the source of supply by mechanical transport.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Labour charges for Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, hooking, bending, placing and binding in position and all complete including carriages but excluding cost of TMT steel bars.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level (By manual means) in cement mortar 1: 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) excluding cost of cement.

Labour charges for Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and applying two or more coats of Paint incl carriage upto site of work complete.

Providing and fixing of Tile / Rib profiled C.G.I Sheet roofing of required Shade 0.5 mm thick incl all fixtures,nuts and bolts incl cost of ridges ,valleys , hips and eaves boarding of matching shade.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position.First class kail wood.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors/ window and clear story windows. (Ist class Kail Wood). including necessary stainless Steel Butt hinges /screws etc. excluding the cost of panells.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows first class kail wood.

Providing and fixing Glass pane with putty and glazing clips in steel in doors,windows and clerestory windows all complete with 4mm thick glass panes

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauge shutters for window and clear story windows. (Ist class Kail Wood). including necesary stainless Steel Butt hinges /screws etc. including the cost of panells

Providing & fixing of 35 mm thick pannelled or panelled glazed shutters for doors including ISI marked but hinges of required size with necessary screws ecluding cost of panelling all complete as per directions of Engineer In Charge (1st Class Kailwood)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1: 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including all carriages upto site of work complete including all charges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing and fixing of Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 25 mm thick including all charges but excluding cost of cement.

Internal painting with special effects anti-bacterial paint with asian paints, nerolac or equivalent emulsion on one wall of Living area of approved make and shade with putty (Asian wall / Birla white).

Providing & fixing of 12mm thk soffits T&G of budloo wood incld. Jumbling work (frame work) of 2" x 3" section budloo including two coats of touch wood or varnish including cost of material and scaffolding charges complete.

Providing 1st class kail wood eves boarding 300X40 mm nominal size.

Providing priming coat on new wood and wood surfaces with ready mixed wood primer

Providing wood based surfaces by knfing grey paste filling of approved brand and manufacture

Providing with synthetic enemael paint of approved brand and manufacture of reqd. shade and colour to give smooth finish with 2 or more coats on wood work based surfaces.

Providing and fixing of ist class ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like KAJARIA/SOMANY/RAKS or equivalent make in all color, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in interior walls. dados over 12mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) and joining with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing of MS grill of 16 mm square bars and design vertical and horizontals as per design,inluding the cost of fixtures fittings.priming coat and two or more coats of painiting including the cost of screws /bolts complete job

Providing under layer for plinth protection including preparation of ground 75mm thick (uncompacted) layer of dry stones aggregates (40mm nominal size) well rammed and grouted with sand including all charges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing Plinth protection 50mm thick of M-10 nominal mix (max agg. size 20mm) concrete including smooth finishing the top surface including all charges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing & fixing of false ceilling on wooden Budloo Joists on 2"X3" section at 2'-06" C/C with 12 mm ply board including painting & all charges extra.
