SPECIAL REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF PUMPING MACHINERY AGAINST BER AND PROVN OF 100 KVA 3 PHASE VOLTAGE STABILIZER AT CHH SAMBHAJINAGAR UNDER GE(S) AHILYANAGAR

M&L for removing and taking out pump set and motor of 25/40 HP from foundation by unscrewing the nuts, bolts and dismantling the old broken RCC foundation (including 50X 60 mm flat iron and channel) of 25/40 HP motor pump set through cutting, welding and machining incl shifting of UNSV/BER pumpsets to E/M stores using suitable transportation and disposing off the debris outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: The Quoted rate shall deemed to include cost for shifting of UNSV Pump & motor set to E/M stores for depositing.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of energy efficient latest model centrifugal electric driven pump set (single stage/ multi stage) and motor, pumpset of split case model as per IS- 5120/ IS- 9079, CI body and impeller, SS shaft, minimum 2100 LPM discharge, 60 mtr head minimum, mechanical seal suitable size volute casing dynamically balanced impeller and motor as per IS- 12615, minimum 50 HP as per pump design by OEM, 1450 RPM, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, TEFC, IP-55 with protection class ‘B insulation with suitable coupling connection with pump and motor and coupling guard including suitable inlet and and outlet connection pipes/ fiitings of upto 8.0 meter as per site requirement . The pump/ motor shall be connected with inlet/ outlet pipe connection with suitable fittings/reducers and all accessories for shock/ vibration absorption, drain connections to drain out and suitable size of RCC & structural members in foundation as per OEM specification/ site requirement to match with existing system and finshing of all disturbed surfaces, including testing at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

The pump/ motor shall be connected with inlet/ outlet pipe connection with suitable fittings/reducers and all accessories for shock/ vibration absorption, drain connections to drain out and suitable size of RCC foundation as per OEM specification/ site requirement to match with existing system and finshing of all disturbed surfaces, including testing at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement sluice valve of size 150 mm bore, cast iron, long body, both ends flanged as per IS-14846 and drilled with stainless steel spindle iron wheel head and as per pressure rating PN 1.6, Class I, ISI Marked alongwith nuts, bolts, washers , gaskets etc. incl taking out old unserviceable sluice valve from valve chamber / trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement sluice valve of size 80 mm bore, cast iron, long body, both ends flanged as per IS-14846 and drilled with stainless steel spindle iron wheel head and as per pressure rating PN 1.6, Class I, ISI Marked alongwith nuts, bolts, washers , gaskets etc. incl taking out old unserviceable sluice valve from valve chamber / trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron Non Return Valve (Reflux) 150 mm bore size , both ends flanged as per IS - 1538, pressure rating PN 1.6 with by pass arrangements complete including suitable flanges, nuts, bolts, washers and rubbber gaskets including all suitable T&Ps, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron Non Return Valve (Reflux) 80 mm bore size , both ends flanged as per IS - 1538, pressure rating PN 1.6 with by pass arrangements complete including suitable flanges, nuts, bolts, washers and rubbber gaskets including all suitable T&Ps, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron body ball type foot valve of size 150 mm bore flanged as per IS - 4038 incl nuts, bolts, washers and rubbber gaskets complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron body ball type foot valve of size 100 mm bore flanged as per IS - 4038 incl nuts, bolts, washers and rubbber gaskets complete all as specified & as directed.
