For measurement superficial area in elevation will be measured only, complete as per manufacturer's specifications, drawing and as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 18mm(+0.7mm) thick celuka PVC Ply of density 600kg/cum manufactured by an ISO-900-2008 certified company.Plain 18mm thick Celuka PVC Ply for Shelf/Partitions/Drawer and also manufacturer's test report and test certificate is mandatory with each and every supply of the material complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 5mm thick PVC sheet of density 600kg/cum manufactured by an ISO-900-2008 certified company.Plain 5mm thick PVC sheet paneling for back side(wall side) and also manufacturer's test report and test certificate is mandatory with each and every supply of the material complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and making fillet of cement concrete in 1:2:4 in sunken portion to maintain the slope towards the spout including applying the under mentioned course of sunken treatement complete all as specified and directed. (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply two coats of acrylic polymer modified elastomeric water proofing coating (mixture of liquid plymer component and a cementitous powder) as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level + 100mm height , the thicknes of each layer shall be 1 mm . when the second layer is still, sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carrried for the vertical and bottom surface. Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the sunken slab portion with minimum 10mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers specifications including rounding of corners and junctions slopping towards spout. Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantee of treatement shall be minimum 10 years.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2 using 40mm stone aggregate in the sunken with the help of proper tools & equipments & plants complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) including mixing with water proofing compound as in subbase to receive tiling complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of water proofing compound)

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Laying of 3mm thick prefabricated APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 170 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantee of treatement shall be minimum 10 years.

M&L for terrazzo tiles 20cmX20cmX20mm with size of chips upto 6mm size set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F round shape 12 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of light fittings of any wattage and any type from site and keeping safe in store for refixing or for taking credit into credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Schedule of Credit of Rs. 6,54,519.00 will be deducted from total quoted amount while calculating Contract sum.
