Restoration of Rain damages to WSS Fish farm Holi in GP and Tehsil Holi Distt Chamba

Excavation in foundations ,trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work,jumper work, lasting work in hard/soft rocks chieselling/wedging out of hard/soft rocks ncluding dewatering work,blasting work in hard/soft rocks chieselling/wedging out of hard/soft rocks including dewatering in saturated soils upto all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil/ materials not more than three metres clear from the edge of cavation and then returning the stacked soil in all layers when required into plinths,sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts.

Providing, lowering, laying and jointing HDPE pipe 225 mm PE80 PN-12.50 (conforming to IS: 4984-2016) in proper position by butt fusion jointing procedure including hydraulic testing as per relevent IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedures like butt fusion welding machine with hydraulic jack, top loading clamp etc. pump and accessories for hydraulic testing and all labours as directed by engineer incharge as confirming to IS-7634 (Part II): 2012 amended upto date).

Providing, fabricating, and fixingRock Anchored Support system for 225 mm nominal bore pipe on steepmountain slopes/vertical rock faces including drilling of boreholes of required diameter (min. 32-45mm) up to a depth of 1.00 in all type of rock using mechanical/pneumatic equipment, supplying and installing fully grouted MS/High-Tensile rock bolts (min. 25 mm dia) conforming to IS:13219, grouting with non - Shrink cementitiousSlurry (1:1 mix) or resin capsules to achieve a minimum pull out resistance of 50kN, providing and fixing MS saddle /Cradle assembly with 10 mm thick Base plates, heavy duty U clamps, and double netting arrangement including two coats of epoxy based anti-corrosive primer and finishing paint, inclusive of all labour, materials in difficult hilly terrain as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing/laying wire crates made of G.I wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (Boulder filling to be measured and paid separately) G.I wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-8 15cmx15cm mesh) with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in.

i) Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

ii) Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1m) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level)

(iii) Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level. (Cast in situ)

Providing and laying no fine cement concrete 1:6 (1 cement: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetres thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5milimetres to give a fair finish including centering shuttering and propping etc. height of propping and centering below floor toceiling not exceeding four metres and removal of the same for-in-situreinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

i) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings & the like. (Floors upto 200mm th.)

Verticval surface such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending,binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level including all leads & lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing C.I. Sluice valve) IS 14846 :2000 (225 mm dia)
