Removing existing roof treatment and preparing surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge /GE including taking down existing plaster,cleaning of all foreign material such as grass roots dust etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes and washing down to remove dust etc . flushing at junction of parapets complete and removing the same to the places where directed by Engr-in-Charge. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in roof for maint. the uniform slope etc any thickness at any height and in any position complete all as specified & directed.by engr-in-charge at site.

M & L 20 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces on other than fair face surface , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement using waterproofing compound fair and complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of following complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Applying bituminous primer conforming to IS 702-1988 @ 1.20 Kgs/ sqm. (b) APP modified bitumenous membrane minium weight 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric ( wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by heat process, over laps of 100 mm shall be sealed / fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer instructions. (c) Applying two coat of bituminous bases aluminium paint @ 0.2 kgs/sqm over APP membrane. complete all as specified & directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 for PCC type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping steps bed blocks/roof gola etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet as per specification.
