| 1Disconnecting of the suction/delivery lines of the centrifugal / Submersible / monoblock pumpset including pulley, coupling connected to the motor and removing the pumpset from its location, opening up, carrying out complete overhauling of the pumpset and replacing defective/worn out parts, packing kit, greasing, re-assembling, placing back the pumpset in its original location and connecting back of suction/delivery lines, coupling, pulley, re-alignment and testing including transportation (RFR) complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities of pumpsets: NOTES: (i) Spares like bronze impeller, bearing, bush, bronze casing ring, gland plate of stuffing box shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) Old material obtained from replacement shall be contractor's property as per Schedule of credit given in tender. (iii) Make and model as per existing one. | |||||

| 2Disconnecting/ dismantling 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 cycles electrical motor from the monoblock pumpset (electrically and mechanically) from its location and shifting to work shop, opening the motor end cover, taking out rotor, taking out burnt stator winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding of motor with appropriate gauge, weight and turns of super enamelled copper winding wire using proper Garware insulating paper, insulating with Class I varnish, and oven drying for requisite insulation values, reassembling the motor completely and bringing back to its original location, cleaning the impeller of pump, supply & replace gland rope, greasing, replacement of unserviceable spares of pump, fixing back in position, connecting back electrically and mechanically with proper alignment and testing including shaft and transportation (RFR) complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities of pump sets: NOTES: (i) Insulation of winding shall be Class 'B' upto 7.5 HP and Class 'F' for 10 HP and above. (ii) Spares like bronze impeller, bearing, bush, bronze casing ring, gland plate shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) Old material obtained from replacement shall be contractor's property as per Schedule of credit given in tender. (iii) Make and model as per existing one. (iv) Old material /winding shall be contractor property and amount will not consider in schedule of credit. | |||||
