Inspection and rectification of SIEMENS make substation automation system installed at 132 KV Substation Shrimau.The following works are to be included for healthy SCADA communication :-
Replacing the defective armoured optical fibre cable and splicing it if required anywhere in the Ring.
Replacing the defective FO multimode SC-LC port patch cards.
Checking the healthiness of LIUs and its communication ports.
Checking the healthiness of IEC 61850-7 Ethernet switches.
Replacing the defective CAT-5/LAN cables and checking its healthiness.
Rectifying communication healthiness of MOD bus RTU for various MFM meters.
Rectification/checking healthiness of GPS system and its time synchronisation with all relays.
Re-installation of new backup Runtime &Editor backup to SCADA.
Checking the healthines of all protection relays communication to SCADA.
Checking and Re-arranging of all required events, alarms, numerical datas, status and signals to SCADA from various bays and feeders.
Checking and Re-arranging the SLD of S/S to SCADA screen.
Checking the all required operations of equipments from SCADA.
Configuration of Ethernet switches if required.
Configuration of Modem for communication.
Re-installation of new updated backup and windows.
Configuration of RTU to do healthy communication.
Supply of Fiber optical multimode patch cards for LC-LC ports (each 5 meters).
Supply of Fiber optical multimode patch cards for LC-ST ports (each 10 meters).
