Material & Labour in repairs for earth result marker board of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick with suitable board size of MS flat of 30 X 20cm and 1.2 mtr long and 1 mtr above ground level after proper grouting in ground with suitable PCC work and painting with suitable colour all as directed. Note:- Legend to be used for Shapes, size and colour of paint as per existing nature of earthing or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with fixing socket including dismantling old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Air termination copper rod 12 mm dia, 1.00 mtr long single point including base plate and dismantling old one all as per specified and directed.

Taking out and removing earth strip any size any description all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/floor/ground provided with porcelain insulators space no less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and brazing in replacement of Earth continuity conductor with adequate size insulator fixed to wall on batten or recess or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32mm x 6mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

Improvement to chemical earthing with supply & fixing in repairs of earthing improving Black fill compound (Electrodite) of 25 Kgs bag for improving earthing result by excavation till middle of the earthing electrode and filled with Black Fill Compound (Electrodite) for any type of earth electrode and making earth strip connection good as per the existing one before the excavation and finally testing & recording the results complete as per site requirement and all as specified & directed. Make :- ASHLOK Black Fill compound (Electrodite) or any make as approved.

Improvement to earthing for conventional GI/ Copper earth electrode having high ER value by excavating soil around earth pit filling of agricultural soil obtained from non defence land, filling mixture of salt and charcoal 0.2 Cum around the earth electrode re-filling soil and fixing the PCC pit, watering and finally testing & recording the results complete as per site requirement and all as specified & directed . Note: (For Item Nos. 12 & 13 above):- Cost of agricultural soil upto one cum as brought to site for improvement of earthing deemed to be included within quoted rate by the contractor. Earth Work like excavation, returning-filling and removal of surplus soil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material & Labour for testing of earthling pits any type, duly disconnecting by test point and other loops. The test shall be carried out using ISI marked digital/Analog earth of reputed make. Test result shall be marked on earth value indicators at site and enterd in a Earth Testing register after testing all as per directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, earthing pit etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs for 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade ISI marked for earth strip protection/ for lightening arrester with all fixing accessories for copper strip such as, Nut bolts and washers insulator with necessary brick work for fixing GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour in repairs for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thickness buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and incl copper strip 20 x 3mm by means of nuts & bolts, check nuts and washers of brass incl PCC pit of 1:2:4 type B-1, cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle, earth pit angle iron frame of size 25 x 25 x 3mm, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust, salt, light grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire -mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe of 40mm bore from top edge of earth plate upto main distribution board complete all to as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES SSR Part I 2009 connected board all as specified and testing on completion. Material and Labour in repairs for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 with PCC lean concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) suitable size for earth pit for any type of earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and Labour in repairs for providing precast cement concrete in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) and similar articles with plain faces etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4, Type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate, suitable for RCC earth pit cover reinforced with XPM, weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. (Note :- Precast cement concrete item shall be reinforced, where indicated and reinforcement shall be measured separately).

Material and Labour for mild steel round bars 6mm to 8mm dia and cut over to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for RCC earth pit cover reinforced and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as per site requirement as specified and directed.

Provision of services excluding spares for periodical maintence of conventional fire alarm control panel, AC filter Transformer lead and batteries. Multisensor, Sounder, MCP, Remote response indicator carrying out normal repair for the trouble free and efficient functioning of the entire fire system by providing one engineer for monthly visit one all as directed and as per specified in NFPA 72 guideline. Note:- Necessary spare if any will measured and paid separately as supply only.

Dismantling, servicing of all optical conventional smoke detector as per exact location with the help of manufacture's instruction and testing for exact fault location including cleaning through air blower then reinstalling complete all as specified and directed every six months.

Complete removal of existing treatment from AC sheet roofing Galvalume sheet, RCC sheet etc preparation of surfaces and Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including necessary scaffolding in different for camouflage and concealment of sigma II software design / patterns approved by userscomplete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 132 above, but Preparation / apply to new surface.

M&L for preparation and cleaning of old steel CGI surfaces (using emery paper/ sand paper for old rusted surface) exec 10cm width or girth in roof/cladding etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer in different tint for camouflage and concealment of sigma II software design/patterns approved by users all as specified and directed.

Re-writing letters or figures (Block, Romans, Italic, or Indian) not exc. 30 cm height & average height 15 cm with thick synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of (Un reinforced) Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for designed, pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 finished with pigments match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection/ path/ paving laid in panels, finishing the top surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 50mm deep X 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to receive interlocking tiles incl spreading, leveling in layers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade With Grey Cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kerbs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/ stone masonry built in cement mortar including arches, pillars etc and excluding precast concrete article all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exec 6m mean radius built in 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 148 above, but except bricks.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) in cover slab for drain and placing in position etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel bars (TMT bars) 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
