Item No 01:- Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying of UG Cable/PoleStays etc getting out in soft /loose soil, complete all as specified and directed
Item No 2 :- Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide for foundation of pole/ stays etc. exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 m depth in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed
Item No 3 :- Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 05 : M&L clean dry river sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable, 8 CM in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Punning of sand to be done upto 18cm (ii) Punning thickness will be measured and paid.
Item No 06 : Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class EHV, Type-2, Flat, size 600 mm x 230 mm x 50 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "HT 33 KV ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
Item No 07 : Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class HV, Type-2, Flat, size 450 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "HT 11 KV HT ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
Item No 08 : M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles and filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
Item No 09 : M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, copings, bed plate, plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- The cost of HDPE pipe shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate..
Item No 13 :- Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 100 mm dia with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable all as specified & directed.
Item No 14 :- Supplying, instalation and erection of 04 pole structure (comprising of 04 pole) in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole with MS base plate 6 mm thick and of size 300 mm x 300 mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M. S. tubing conforming to IS- 2713 Part-II type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting with synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality) black & yellow colour at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block band of 1200 mm height (4 Nos each Strip of 150 mm width), painting pole No by the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr in - charge. Note:- Earthwork, Cement Concrete, Cross arms etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate items.

Item No 17 : Supplying installing, fixing, commissioning and testing of Air break gang operated triple pole switch out door type of capacity 200 Amps AC mechanically operated mounted on polymer based insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level and polymer based Drop out fuse set (set of 3 nos), mounted on insulators with steel frame with Expulsion fuse carriers and fuse element upto 25 Amp complete with locking arrangements incl pad locks with key complete suitable for 11KV, HT, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 21 :- M&L for stringing and fixing in position of ACSR conductor of any size as per site requirement including provision of aluminum binding wire complete all as specified and directed.
Item No 22:- S&F danger Notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures & conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts & nuts of approved size of for HT 11 KV, 25cm x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.
Item No 23 :- Supply, laying testing and commissioning of UG HT cables, 33000 volts grade, 3 core 300 sqmm (Earthed), XPLE insulated and PVC sheathed, steel wire, armoured, with multi stranded aluminum conductor, heavy duty conforming to latest relevant IS, cables laid in trenches/ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipes etc, fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

(01 No at JSEB end and 01 No at MRS end)
Item No 31 :- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HT 33 KV outdoor type Nonextensible SF6 insulated Ring main Unit (02 incomer, 01 Outgoing with metering module) fixed type with internal copper bus bars, consisting of 03 Nos of fixed type manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VVV+M). All live parts, bus bars, LBSs connections of RMU shall preferably be enclosed in one tank to avoid multiple inter connections & sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF 6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. (x) Comissioning shall be done only in the supervision of OEM service engineer. (y) Cable temperature monitoring system to be provided with webHMI (i) All phases to be provided with self-powered sensors and shall be installed on earthed cable screen. (ii) Sensors should use wireless communication from the cable compartment directly to the low-voltage compartment (iii) It should have WebHMI, which will indicate health status of cable connection. (z) Vacuum interrupter should be of same make. cable box should be arc proof with bolted door and interlocked with respective earthing switches. Doors should be removable for the ease access to terminate cables.
Note:- Rate Quoted by the firm for this item should include the cost of the following:- (i) PCC work / any civil work for foundation required for errection of VCB and other accessories all as standard norns. (ii) Contractor shall submitt type test certificate to the engineer - in - charge / GE for approval placing the order. (iii) Any other item required to complete the job for any technical requirement as per CEA/NPERC. (iv) RMU shall be inspected by inspecting officer nominated by chief Engineer jabalpur zone at manufacturer factory and all routine test pertaining to IS shall be carried out. (v) Design, drawing of RMU to be submitted by the contractor for approval from the accepting officer before manufacturing

Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. the unit shall include the following wih all necessary standard fitting required at site. RMU should be tested for an internal arc fault of 21KA for 1 sec as per IEC62271-200 and paint shade and thickness should be as per AIS 632 IS - 5.

Item No 33 : Supply, install, testing & commissioning, Vacuum Circuit Breaker HT 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, extensible IP54 floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete, the Vacuum Circuit Breaker having rupturing capacity 250 MVA consits of PTs, CTs, voltmeter, Ampere meter, indication lamps, frequency meter, PF indication with over current, surge current & earth fault protection relay and 4 ways anniuncator window and 02 Nos, heaters and of rating 630 Amp, including back with DC supply and neccesary extension of exising RMU bus bar and connected incomming 11 KV supply to proposed VCB. All live parts, bus bars of RMU VCB should be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple inter connections & sealed for life robotically for three sides and one side manual welded non magnetic / non ferrite / stainless steel tank grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas to fulfill the requirement as per IEC 60376, 60376 & 603760 B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 40 :- Excavation in soft / loose soil for post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.
Item No 41 : M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
Item No. 42 - Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, ect. Including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.
Item No. 43 :- Supply only for Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed
Item No. 44 :- S&F for mild steel gate with framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings,framework of watertanks and similar work portions framed and hung gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc as conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
Item No. 45 :- M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
Item No. 46 :- Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand of 5 cm thick below the paver block complete all as specified and directed.
Item No. 47 :-S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.
Item No. 48 :- M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggaregate in kerbs/ coping / bed plates and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste for form work complete all as specified and as directed
Item No. 49 :-M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.
Item No. 50 :- M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part-I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to panel board/Gen set as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
