B. Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 one cement and five M sand using country bricks of size 8.3/4"x4.1/4"x2.3/4" including cost of all marerials,mixing mortar , curing and all other labour charges etc. complete. For Super structure Wall ( Approximate : 70 Cu.M)

Supplying and fixing of steel doors and windows with all locking arrangements including one coat of red oxide paint as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. ( Approximate : 37 Sq.M)

Painting two coats over new iron work using synthetic enamel paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, etc. complete. ( Approximate : 72 Sq.M)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt and including ncessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc. complete complying with stand specifications.
