Disconnecting the inlet/outlet water connections and electric connections of Storage storage type electric water heater of capacity 50/25 Ltrs capacity, taking down carefully from wall after unscrewing nut/bolts ,checking the outer body for any cracks and strip opening the same carefully for thorough inspection of serviceablity/functionality of parts such as internal tank, syphon assembly, thermostat switch, heating element, glass wool etc, servicing complete and re-assembling and re-fixing after repair,fixing to wall testing, installation and commissioning all as directed. Note: (a) The spares required for replacemeny shall be measured and paid under relevant Schedule items of Sch here-in-after.

Supply only internal SS tank of storage type electric water heater of 25 ltr capacity complete with syphon –assembly, 1.5 KW/2.0 KW element , rubber gasket , thermostat switch , all as specified and directed for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1 . Note :- The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to with stand requisite pressure . Necessary testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor . Tank with stud type round element shall only be used . (Triangular element shall not be allowed.)

Supply only syphon assembly made out of SS of 25 ltr capacity including necessary studs screws and rubber gasket/washers matching with existing/new inner tank complete all as spd and directed for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1.

Supply only thermostat switch ISI marked for storage type electric water heater AC 230 volt adjustable range from 0-90 degree Celsius) for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1

Supply only cup type storage type electric water heater element AC 230 volt, of rating 1500/2000 watt for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1.

Supply only triangular type storage type electric water heater element AC 230 volt, of rating 1500/2000 watt for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1

Supply only outer body suitable for 25 ltr storage type electric water heater made out of MS sheet factory made complete with fixing bracket matching with existing complete all as specified and directed for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1.

Supply only glass wool of 25 ltrs capacity storage type electric water heater complete all as specified and directed for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1.

Supply only indicator lamp square/round type suitable for storage type electric water heater 25/50 ltr all as per sample AC 230 Volt for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1.

Supply and replacement cable flexible PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, copper conductor, 3 core 70/.0076mm.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclouser single pole and neutral with a 2 pin and earth plug and socket 20 A 240V complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 A complete all as specified and directed.

De-scaling of storage type electric water heater of capacity 25/50 ltr after taking down the storage type electric water heater from wall, strip opening the assembly, de-scaling the syphon assembly and refixing the assembly and re-installation of storage type electric water heater, complete all as specified directed.

S&F PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of spring loaded air release valve ISI marked suitable for 25 and 50 ltrs capacity storage type electric water heaters.

Replacement of safety valve/ dead wt. valve ISI marked suitable for 25, and 50 Ltrs capacity storage type electric water heaters.

Supply and replace pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capastan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with lettered ‘Hot or Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed fancy type of size 15 mm .

Supply and fix gun metal glove or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 15mm.

Supply and fixing anchor bolt 12mmX100mm long complete all as spd and directed (Note:- Anchor bolt shall be grouted with hammer drill only)

Preparing the old surface by rubbing/scratching the old paint and providing the two coats of synthetic enameled paint through spray paining of 25 ltr storage type electric water heater.

Supply and replace brass non return valve suitable for 25/50 ltr storage type electric water heater of size 15 mm.

Supply and replace bottom cover plate of storage type electric water heater of capacity 25/50 ltr complete with MS screw all as per sample.

Dismantling of Insulated hot water storage tank of capacity 200/300/500 Ltrs connected Solar Evacuated collectors/flat collectors and cold water tank with GI fittings & PVC pipe connection. Servicing,Testing, Commissioning & descaling of Hot water storage tank removing of corrosion/dust, replacement of UNSV PVC pipe after re-fixing the same.

Service and descaling of Solar Evacuated tube Collector/Flat collectors with sulphuric acid by forcefully injecting the hot chemical into collector for number of times to clean the Solar Solar Evacuated tube Collector/Flat Plate Collector and assembled the same.

S & F in replacement of Evacuated tube collector for Solar Water Heater of capacity 300 LPD of suitabale size as per sample approved by Engineer -in-charge on the gound.

S & F in replacement of Evacuated tube collector for Solar Water Heater of capacity 500 LPD of suitabale size as per sample approved by Engineer -in-charge on the gound.

Replacement of heating element 2/3 KW suitable for stand by back up supply to solar water heater.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable stop valves and S & F stop valves , cast copper allow, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or fixed Size 15mm ISI mark.

S&F laminated sticker of size 8"x12" having background of navy blue and letters of white colour as directed by Engr-in-charge. The words shuold have in capital letters. The following do's and don't shall mentioned of the sticker :- DOs:- (i) The storage type electric water heater should be switched on 60 to 75 minutes before the actual time when hot water is required.(ii) Switch off the storage type electric water heater during night.(iii) Switch off the storage type electric water heater when not required for 3 to 4 hours continuously.(iv)The indicator lamp indicates that the current is passing through the heating element and water heater is working.(v) In case any water leak is noticed from any part of storage type electric water heater including accessories, should be reported to MES. DON'TS:-(i) Don’t Keep the storage type electric water heater switched on during night or at the time when not required.(ii) Don't adjust the high pressure reducing valve.(iii) Don't use the storage type electric water heater when indicator lamp is not working.(iv) Don't use the storage type electric water heater when three pin plug with necessary earthing connection have not been provided.(v) Don't switch on the storage type electric water heater if water does not come out from the delivery tap.(vi) Don't close inlet water stopcock.

Dismantling old unserviceable storage type electric water heater and depositing it to MES store yard. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of storage type electric water heater of 25 ltr capacity, BEE 5 star rated suitable for 8 bar pressure with nano polymer coated tank, incoloy heating element, rust proof ABS body etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable storage type electric water heater and depositing it to MES store yard. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of storage type electric water heater of 50 ltr capacity, BEE 5 star rated suitable for 8 bar pressure with nano polymer coated tank, incoloy heating element, rust proof ABS body etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only wiring for desert cooler including all accessories all complete diected for carrying out repairs under relevant item.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of desert cooler electric driven, single phase of approx minimum size 575x575x800 mm made out of 0.8 mm thick GI sheet for body, with water tank of capacity 50 Ltr made out of 1 mm thick and with front grills and side direction grills, suitable for minimum air Delivery- ‎4000 Cum/hr,approx 450 mm sweep fan size with mild steel curved blades duly painted with synthetic anti corrosive paint, fitted to body including prewired electric 4 speed switch control and one 6Amps piano switch. Water immersed pump of suitable capacity 1300 RPM rated suitable for 230 volts, 50 Hz AC supply and one 6 Amps piano switch with fan motor of minimum capacity 105 watt, 1400RPM, 230 volts, 50 Hz and water inlet pipe with brass float valve of size 15mm and outlet with brass drain plug of 20mm .The pad of 3 sides shall be of honeycomb type, including stand of minimum height 900 mm made out 25mmx25mmx3mm MS angle iron , duly coated with weather proof paint of black colour
