Earth work excavation for all foundations in all type of soils and sub soils to the required depth for Footings, plinth / grade beams, etc,. by mechinaries including manual excavation for the following type of soil / rock as per detailed specification. As per SS 20B as hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and including refilling 0 to 2.0m depth consolidation depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and leveling the site with an initial lead of 10 metre and lifts as specified hereunder etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Carting away surplus excavated earth available with in the campus is to be carted to a lead of within 40 KM from site. The rate shall include loading into the tipper/ lorry transporting and unloading, leveling and the earth scooped by bulldozers grading etc.,complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Departmental Officers. Rate to include materials, loading, unloading, transportation, plant and machinery, hire and fuel charges for tools and plants and other incidental charges, royalties, seignorage and taking statutory approvals as necessary to carry out the work as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing UNDER REAMED PILES R.C.C.30cm (12") dia cast-in-situ with single reamed (bulb) in cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 11.5cm above G.L. including boring, erecting, vibrating, curing, hire charges for drilling equipments, etc.,complete as per relevent ISI specifications(excluding cost steel reinforcement).

Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of specified diameter in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³ in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc .,Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).

Integrity testing of Pile using Low Strain/ Sonic Integrity Test/ Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS 14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerised equipment and high skill trained personal for conducting the test & submission of results, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying out High-strain dynamic test on a single vertical pile as per ASTM D4945-89 with loading equal to 1% to 1.5% of the testing capacity of the pile including necessary arrangements such as equipments, strain transducers, accelometers, Pile Driving Analyser, ram for applying impact load, power supply required for pile testing and pile driver analyzer. The results shall be verified using CAPWAP analysis.,all complete as per procedures/ specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, analyzing the results, making the report and submitting the same in 3 copies (Cost of pile is excluded)

Construction of Wet Mix Macadam 250mm compacted thickness in two layers by providing , laying , Paving , and compacting of aggregate gradation satisfying to Table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical paraeteres as per MORTH Table 400-12, mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC , carriage of mied material to work site and laid in sensor pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibratory roller of 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% of Maximum dry density and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ratio of (1 cement, 4 M sand and 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick and consolidation etc. The rate includes the cost of materials, labour charges, lifting charges, loading & Unloading and Transportation etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Providing Pre – Constructional Anti – Termite Treatment and creating a Chemical Barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentration under grade slab and grade beam, all round the footings, column pits, trenches, pits, tunnels, wall trenches, back fill, plinth filling,Retaining/side walls of basement floor, external perimeter of building, surrounding of pipes, expansion joints, below U.G. sump and retaining/side walls etc. as per instructions of chemical manufacturer and all as directed. The treatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 or equivalent BS specification. The chemical to be used as insecticide for the treatment shall be Biflex Tc, TC stands for Termiticide Concentrate for Termite Control (Bifenthrin) and the application shall be diluted 1 part of chemical Biflex Tc with 49 parts of water to get 0.05% emulsion and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. The chemical to be used for the treatment and concentration of the chemical solutions should be as laid down in IS - 6313 Part II.
