REPAIR / REPLACEMENT / CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, STORM WATER DRAIN, WC PAN, GULLY TRAPS IN AREA-III OF AGE B/R (CENTRAL) AT COLABA, MUMBAI

M&L for cleaning of all blockages of nahani trap/floor trap, bottle trap, gully trap, P or S trap of WCs, 100mm / 75mm dia CI pipe and stacks upto 1st manhole , CI/SGSW pipe between gully trap and 1st manhole, CI Tee/door bends, sewage line of any dia and at any depth by passing/rodding ropes, knots, bamboo/ wire/ kandi, rotary cleaning rods etc to maintain internal sewage system by employing two sweeper/cleaner on all working days from 0900 hours to 1700 hours in the Area-III of AGE B/R (Central) with manual /pressure cleaning pump & flexible rods and other necessary equipments all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.1 above but only one cleaner on emergency basis on Sunday/closed holiday/Gazetted holidays on call from Engr-in-charge/JE.

Taking down cement plaster from inside/outside of existing septic tank/manhole wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions inside and outside wall of manhole of brick work/ concrete surface and finishing fair and even outside and even and smooth inside complete all as specified & as direcetd. Note: (i) Water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition, breaking and taking up from underground trenches, drain pipe (SGSW/RCC etc) set in cement mortar of internal dia 150 mm complete all as directed. Note :-Excavation for pipe to be taken up shall be measured and paid separetly as directed.

Demolition, breaking and taking up from underground trenches, drain pipe (SGSW/RCC etc) set in cement mortar of internal dia 300 mm complete all as directed. Note :-Excavation for pipe to be taken up shall be measured and paid separetly as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipe including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after pipe laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to 300 mm bore drain pipe including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after pipe laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150 mm bore (internal dia of pipe) reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP3 laid in trenches and jointed with CM (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 300 mm bore (internal dia of pipe) reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP3 laid in trenches and jointed with CM (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr depth for cesspits, manholes etc. and getting out soft/loose soil even in foul condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and depth exc 1.5 m but not exc. 3 m for cesspits, manholes etc. and getting out soft/loose soil even in foul position complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:6 for cracked wall of manholes, septic tank, soak pits etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type D2 (40mm graded stone aggeregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete for bottom of manhole complete all as spicified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 as in hardstanding 100mm thick (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggeregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span , steps, seismic and other similar bands coping/cills including necessary form work weathering , slightly rounded or champhered angles and throating complete all as specified and dirceted.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast RCC(1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manhole and similar article with plain face, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and direceted.

S & F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning of drains/culverts including removing & re-covering of RCC/CI/Steel covers by completely removing silt,soil,mud sludge,vegetation growth etc. and removing the same to out side MoD land all as directed for any width of drains and depth of drains exc 0.45m but n exc. 0.90m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 25 above but depth exc 1.0 m but n.exc 1.50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of Open drains by completely removing silt, soil, mud sludge, vegetation growth etc. and removing the same to out side MoD land all as directed for any width of drains and depth of drains exc 0.45m but n exc. 0.90m complete all as specified and directed.

Empting chocked up sewage lines from manhole to manhole ( including both manholes ) exceeding 3.00 mtr depth by providing sewage suction vehicle of capacity 5000 ltrs (BMC Pattern) including necessray other arrangments such as sweepers to clean up the site after work and depositing the same at places earmarked outside MOD land upto 25 KM lead and lift complete one or more times all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) All precautions to be taken by all workers while working in foul condition, Contractor shall take all necessary actions. Clean the area and spread bleaching powder at each location not less than 5 Kgs with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (b) After cleaning vehicle will be contractors's property. (c) Contractor accredated representive shall be available during cleaning. (d) Complete process shall be completed in all respects within a day.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plates comforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality B (plain or chequered) channels square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment including necessary cutting, drilling, welding or riveting & fixed in position complete with heavy duty hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

S & F angle iron frame work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 such as in manhole cover etc with ends of bar solded and revited etc complete in all respects all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old PVC soil, waste and rain water (SWR) drainage pipes 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work shall be executed on multistoried bldgs height up to IV storey .

Supply & Fix PVC soil, waste and rain water (SWR) drainage pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall as rain water pipe with suitable size PVC clamps by maintaining 30mm clear gap between finished wall surface and pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work shall be executed on multistoried bldgs height up to IV storey .

All as per Item No 34 above but except pipes (including cleaning the old pipes) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix PVC soil, waste and rain water (SWR) drainage pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall as rain water pipe with suitable size PVC clamps by maintaining 30mm clear gap between finished wall surface and pipe. Including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work shall be excuted on multistoried bldgs height upto VIII storey.

All as per Item No 35 above but except pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) Branches pieces of 110mm dia double (single Y ) equal or unequal and fixed in position including jointing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work shall be excuted on multistoried bldgs height up to IV storey.
