Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick r etc., complete .

Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium door of single / double shutter Fully panelled door with frame made out of box section 101.60 x 44.45 x 2.50mm at 2.07 Kg /m door shutter frame etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of Solid PVC door shutters using 19gauge 19mm MS squrare tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing PVC false ceiling upto a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level including cost of Board labour charges for cutting and fixing the board over etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Labour charges for realigning and adjusting from the damaged false ceiling including cutting and fixing the board over Aluminium channels of L angles in the end and T channel in the Middle etc complete as directed by the departmental officers. etc., complete.

Servicing the Rolling shutter after removing the Hood cover and removing the spare parts and washing the parts in the kerosene and fixing in the origional position etc., complete.
