Disconnecting/taking down UNSV following LED street light/flood light etc fittings from pole/structure/Bldg from any height and repair/checking and identifying of faulty spares, wirings, cleaning of fittings, cover, etc. and reassembling the same after repair, testing and refixing in original position and reconnecting with the electrical line complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Materials required for replacement such as driver, wires, etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Creapers if any available on pole/structure to be removed without any extra claim. (iii) If E-N value on security fedder is high, it should be checked and rectified without any extra claim.

Supply and fix in repairs 'ICON' electronic LED driver suitable for 48 watt LED street light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 'ICON' electronic LED driver suitable for 50/60 watt LED flood light complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of LED aviation light luminaries comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure with 302 nos LED after taking down the old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed as per Make:- Bajaj cat No. BJSOL 2 BC LED or equivalent in approved make.

M&L for replacement flood light mounted on high mast light of 100 Watt energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs, IP66 protection, suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed of Make:- Crompton ROVER PRO CAT part No: CFS-504-100-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent in approved make.

M&L for replacement of streetlight energy saving & environmental friendly long life made up of pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP66 protection of 30 W capacity after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed of Make: Crompton ASTRA NEO Cat No:LSTS-30-CDL-M or equivalent in approved make.

M&L for replacement of 45 Watt LED streetlight made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, iP66 protection, impact resistance of iK07 & 10 KV external SPD after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed of Make: Crompton RAPTOR NEO Cat No: CRP-409-45-57-SL-LM-NSR or equivalent of approved make.

M&L for replacement of 50 Watt energy saving made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs, iP66 protection as light source fixed on volleyball/badminton/basket ball court and football ground after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed of Make: Crompton ROVER PRO CAT No: CFS-504-50-30-60D-SL-GL-NSG or Equivalent of approved make.

Taking down old unserviceable post top lantern fittings and Supply & fixing post top luminarie LED type of 25 W of with IP 65 protection with die cast aluminium graphite grey powder coated finished body, polycarbonate opal diffuser, low power warm white (WW) LEDs with better heat dissipation, high efficient constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range from 140 to 280 Volt AC, provided with high voltage, open and short circuit protection, Voltage surge protection 10 KV etc complete including suitable size loop in loop out boxes & flexible 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper connecting cable from loop in loop out box to fitting etc complete all as directed & specified. Supply and fix in repairs of LED bollard in decorative Mushroom shape with IP 65 protection warm white 9 watt after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as directed specified and directed of Make: Bajaj Cat No: BLBMC 9W WW LED or equivalent of approved make.

Supply and fix in repairs of 10W LED bollard (0.6M) with opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells Cat No: MOUNTBL 10WLED857PSYMTOPMMA or equivalent of approved make. Note for item No. 07 to 14:- (i) Creapers if any available on pole/structure to be removed without any extra claim. (ii) If E-N value on security fedder is high, it should be checked and rectified without any extra claim.

Supply & fixing in repairs, 10 Sqmm 2 Core, XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches/floor or fixed on wall/pole including brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose for laying cables, erection of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt Sub Class 'B' locally available best quality laid in trenches perpendicular to UG cable above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old/ unserviceable GI pipe of 40mm bore and supply & fix GI tube light grade laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Horizontal Boring by Passing GI Protection Pipe up to 50mm Bore (dia), under Road /Foot Path, not exc. 10.00 METRE in a Single Length, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Cable Junction Box 155x210x92 mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed on poles with flat aluminium clamps of size 20x3 mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. including MCB single pole of capacity 6 to 40 A & taking out of old unserviceable cable junction box complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) CFL garden light 1 x 11/2 x 11 watt complete all as specified and directed.

(b) LED garden light 20 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of following materials suitable for various type of light fittings dismantled from item No. 24 here-in-before:-

(a) CFL lamp, non retrofit, S type, watt suitable for 1 x 11/2 x 11 watt light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) LED lamp of 20 watt complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable service wires of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable with PVC insulated, multistranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed, flat or circular of size 2 core x 4 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable with PVC insulated, multistranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed, flat or circular of size 2 core x 6 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix street light bracket, bend to 120 degree angle, made out of 40 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade tubing (approx 1.5 mtr in length) including necessary two nos suitable size of clamps with nuts, bolts and washers, etc. and two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Automatic Street light Switch using NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of Natural light. The sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound junction box conforming to IP54. The contactor MCB and circuit wiring should suitable enough to take load of 12KW equally distributed over 3-phase (4KW/Phase). Contactor rating 40 Amps (SP 3 Nos), wiring main load with 6sqmm copper conductor FR grade cable including dismantling old unsv one complete all as specified and directed.
